Jimmy's POV
Right there, with everyone watching, I clamped my hand around Amadeus's throat like a vise.
Amadeus clawed desperately at my fingers, trying to break free, but his efforts were useless. My grip held firm—he couldn't budge it an inch.
His face turned crimson, and that's when the shocked crowd finally stirred to life.
"Jimmy, stop! You're strangling my dad!" Margot screamed, charging forward. "Even if you're protecting Evelin, this isn't how!"
Protecting Evelin? I almost laughed at the thought, my gaze dropping with complete indifference.
This wasn't about defending her. I just wanted Evelin's hands to stay clean. If someone had to get dirty, it would be me. Simple as that.
When I didn't budge, Margot whirled on Evelin, her voice sharp with accusation. "Evelin, you manipulative bitch! You made Jimmy do your dirty work!"
Ashton jumped in too. "Evelin, whatever's going on, get Jimmy to release Amadeus!"
