Chapter 2 - Chapter 2

Sitting at my class reunion dinner table, my whole body felt restless and awkward.

I'd just discovered this power and was terrified of accidentally glaring at a classmate.

What if they ended up giving birth to a baby?

"Maya, what's wrong with you? Need to use the bathroom?"

Sitting across from me was a woman in a sexy camisole, swirling her wine glass with a smirk on her face.

At her words, the surrounding classmates all looked at me with amused expressions, like they were watching a show.

Why? Because this sarcastic, seductive woman was my romantic rival—Sophia.

Well, technically my former rival.

Back then, my boyfriend and I broke up because she was the other woman.

I couldn't control my power yet.

A few days ago, I glared at the chicken at home too many times, and it literally died from giving birth to too many chicks.

So I didn't want to stay long at this reunion and wanted to find an excuse to leave.

But when Sophia saw me about to go, she looked smug, thinking I was afraid of her.

She draped herself seductively over the man beside her and shot me a provocative look.

But the man—my ex—actually cooperated, raising his arm to wrap around Sophia.

He used to say he loved me, but behind my back, he was screwing this floozy.

He was the one who wronged me, and now they had the nerve to act disgusting in front of me.

I'm a straightforward person, so I immediately cursed, "What a desperate slut."

But kind-hearted me still held back and didn't dare turn to glare at them.
