Chapter 6 - 6

However, Tony clearly didn't pay attention to Luo Mang's words.

After knowing the reason, the faint scent of jealousy in the air immediately faded considerably.

After a few verbal jabs with Pepper, Tony didn't look at Luo Mang again and left directly, driving to the airport.

Luo Mang also refused Pepper's attempt to keep him by saying 'I have something else to do', found a random wheelchair, and left the hospital.

However, before leaving the hospital, Luo Mang took a deep look at Pepper.

Then he left the hospital without looking back.

From a Time perspective, two days had passed since Luo Mang was shot until now.

Peter and the school must be looking for him.

The wound in his arms was still bleeding, and the gauze was faintly stained red.

But Luo Mang still didn't stop, enduring the pain to push the wheelchair back home.

"As expected of Stark Industries' private hospital, the wound actually didn't break open."

Calmly touching the wound, Luo Mang muttered to himself.

But just then, the water in the transparent glass cup beside Luo Mang slightly rippled.

Luo Mang hadn't opened the window, so there was naturally no wind.

But why...

Thinking of this, Luo Mang's expression remained unchanged.

He slowly raised his head to look straight ahead, speaking in as calm a tone as possible.

"Peter, I know you're here."

The Room was silent, with no one responding, as if Luo Mang was truly the only one there.

But in the next second.

In the dark corner of the Room where there was no light.

Peter, clad in black, climbed the wall with all four limbs, leaving the darkness little by little, revealing his figure.

Peter crawled using all four limbs, appearing eerie and strange, like a human-shaped Spider.

Only when he reached above Luo Mang's head did he instantly leave the ceiling and leap down.

But even so, Peter still didn't make any sound, as if it were the basic quality of a top predator.

He took off his mask directly facing Luo Mang, revealing a face even paler than Luo Mang's and bloodshot eyes.

"Luo.

I couldn't find you.

I thought you were taken by the nearby gangs."

Peter's voice was hoarse, like a dying mad Beast trying to grasp at the last straw.

The moment Peter approached Luo Mang, that strong smell of blood lingered at Luo Mang's nostrils, refusing to dissipate.

"How many people did you kill in the past two days?"

"I don't know."

After seeing Luo Mang, Peter's tense voice, caused by nervousness, immediately relaxed considerably.

After a moment of silence, Peter finally gave this answer.

The moment he tore Danny apart, Peter felt as if a new door had opened.

The grief and indignation in his heart and the long-held grievances disappeared by more than half in an instant.

But when Peter went back to look for Luo Mang again, he found that he couldn't find Luo Mang anymore.

He couldn't even find any trace of Luo Mang in all the nearby hospitals.

Peter was on the verge of madness.

These two days and nights, Peter was killing people non-stop.

He didn't know where this teacher, who was as important to him as Uncle Ben, was.

He couldn't even... Peter couldn't be sure if Luo Mang was still alive.

So Peter released all his anger onto the gangs in the nearby area.

Gangs who bully the weak, no matter what, they deserve to die!

Peter was wearing a black leather coat belonging to Uncle Ben, tightly wrapping the self-made suit inside.

When every drop of sinful blood dripped onto it, forming a colorful black.

Peter always felt that Uncle Ben was feeling gratified by his changes.

"Uncle Ben was right... With great power comes great responsibility!

These demons from hell... I will bring them back to hell!"

The atmosphere became increasingly heavy.

But Peter suddenly felt a pair of warm large hands gently stroking his head.

Rubbing Peter's messy hair, the smile on Luo Mang's face was still gentle.

"You didn't do anything wrong, I'm the one who made you worry, I'm very sorry."

Hearing Luo Mang's words, Peter suddenly recalled those two nights.

The night Uncle Ben was shot... The night Luo Mang was shot...

"Peter, I'm very sorry." x2

The weak and powerless words gradually reassembled into a single piece like fragments, but they invaded Peter's fragile heart like a drill.

"It should be me who is sorry, Luo!"

Peter raised his head again, his eyes filled only with determination.

"From now on, I won't let you get hurt at all, I promise you!"

"I have no doubt."

Peter's current aura was very oppressive, but Luo Mang met his gaze without backing down.

"But... you need to go home now, Peter.

Aunt May just lost the person who loved her the most and was also hurt by Danny, she needs you now."

Peter watched Luo Mang speak calmly, and only then did Aunt May's pained appearance from their last glance flash through his mind.

A light immediately appeared in his eyes, as if he had returned to the Peter he once was.

"Oh!

Luo, you're right, I've been looking for you and neglected Aunt May instead.

My goodness, I haven't been back for the past two days, Aunt May must be terribly worried!

No, no, how could I forget Aunt May? She just got hurt!"

Peter seemed a bit flustered, but there was more vitality in his panic, no longer as lifeless as before.

"I have to leave right away, oh, sorry, Luo, I'll just go through the window."

Luo Mang calmly watched Peter sneak out the window and swing away on his webs.

A trace of satisfaction finally appeared in his heart.

This is how Spider-Man should be, not like a certain knight playing his capture game.

He has 20 tons of force in one punch, yet he has to hold back when catching criminals, worried about accidentally killing people?

That's not the case, Luo Mang just guided out what should belong to Spider-Man, letting things that should be on the right track return to the right track.

However, what Luo Mang didn't expect was that on Peter's growth path today, Uncle Ben's shadow was still there.

"With great power comes great responsibility..."

No!

It should be: With great power comes greater authority!

I wonder what perfect form Peter will become in the future under Uncle Ben's 'guidance'? I'm really looking forward to it."

His lips curled up, but unlike other times, Luo Mang's smile this time came from the heart.

Luo Mang sat upright in the wheelchair, one or two drops of blood that had seeped through the gauze slid down the silver-white wheelchair, and an echoing sound came from the Room.

"The prerequisite is completed, so next, let the plan get on the right track."

...

"I am truly very sorry, my unexcused absence has caused you a lot of trouble.

But my current state is no longer suitable for this job.

I hope you can find a more responsible teacher to replace me, thank you for your care over the years."

Putting down the phone, Luo Mang looked up at the minimalist Villa in front of him and slowly pushed the wheelchair.
