Chapter 10 - 10

The sun baked the grains of sand.

The yellow sand carried waves of heat, and the hot air seemed capable of igniting everything.

Two figures were currently running frantically in the desert.

With every step, a large amount of yellow sand was kicked up.

"Luo, I still don't quite understand your calculation formula."

Peter took off his mask and spat out a mouthful of yellow sand.

Anyway, it was desolate here, and no one would see him even if he didn't wear a mask.

"Whew..."

Luo Mang slowed down and let out a slight breath.

"The coordinates where Tony was kidnapped, plus the intelligence the Military had at their first response.

Finally, combine the fragmented information Pepper provided and the Time Tony went missing."

Luo Mang mumbled, looking at a black dot appearing in the distance.

"So the final result is, Tony must be here.

We've arrived, Peter."

If an ordinary person saw the speed at which the two ran, they would surely widen their eyes and shout 'Superman'.

Before long, the black dot in the distance had already appeared before their eyes.

Looking at the weapons piled up outside the cave, with 'Stark Industries' clearly sprayed on them, Luo Mang said with certainty.

Taking off his white shirt and folding it neatly on the yellow sand, Luo Mang revealed his dark green heavy armor.

"I only brought one shirt, and I don't want it to be ruined by them later."

Looking at the shirt, which was neatly folded at every corner, Luo Mang nodded in satisfaction.

"Alright, Peter.

Since it's an 'outside internship', don't let Aunt May wait anxiously at home."

"Of course, Luo."

Peter put his mask back on. Perhaps he himself wouldn't worry about being exposed, but Peter had Aunt May as a weakness, and he didn't want Aunt May to be harmed again.

Luo Mang and Peter infiltrated the camp together, their primary mission being to ensure Stark's safety.

The ability granted to Luo Mang by the 'Regeneration... Lizard Serum' was somewhat similar to Peter's.

The controllable claw structure allowed Luo Mang to climb on any surface.

His extremely strong adaptability, camouflage ability, and sensory abilities provided Luo Mang with excellent infiltration capabilities.

Furthermore, his agile body and immense strength allowed Luo Mang to easily crush metal, not to mention Man's bones.

Bypassing the guards and entering the cave, the two climbed silently above the heads of the patrolling guards.

When the two of them disappeared into the shadows together, they were completely undetectable.

Searching the cave, which was as complex as a labyrinth, was somewhat Time-consuming.

It wasn't until a huge sound occurred that Luo Mang's eyes suddenly lit up.

Boom--!

Hearing the sudden loud noise, Luo Mang and Peter exchanged glances.

As if both could understand the meaning in the other's eyes, the two moved instantly.

One climbed, the other adhered.

The moment the explosion occurred, the location of the sound source was already imprinted in Luo Mang's mind.

With almost no effort, Luo Mang arrived in front of a cave where the smoke and dust had not yet dissipated.

The cave door was blown open by a powerful force, crushing a member of the Ten Rings Gang underneath.

Blood began to flow slowly in the sand and dust. This Man was breathing out more than in, clearly not doing well.

After just a glance, no emotion flickered in Luo Mang's eyes. He looked up into the cave.

"They're here."

Ethan's cheeks were streaming with sweat. Looking at the computer screen in front of him, he suddenly realized something.

"We need more Time."

Ethan turned to look at Tony, his eyes firm. After dropping a sentence, he strode towards the outside of the cave.

"I'll buy you some Time!"

"As the plan!"

Tony was stuck in the armor and couldn't move, so he could only shout to stop Ethan.

Perhaps knowing what would happen, Tony's eyes glowed with a soft light.

"According to the plan..."

Tony's voice was muffled in his throat. His eyes widened as he watched the scene before him.

Just as Ethan walked out of the cave with a machine gun in his arms, he was wrapped up and lifted by a dark green tail.

His only weapon with lethal force was disarmed in an instant.

Despite the look of terror on Ethan's face, Luo Mang looked at Peter with interest.

"This Man, what do you think?"

"He's a good Man."

Peter's voice came from under the mask.

Tilting his head and looking at Ethan curiously, his voice echoed in the cave, layer by layer. Ethan trembled slightly in fear.

"You're a good Man, you don't need to be afraid of me."

Seeing Ethan's state, Peter subconsciously explained.

But who knew that Ethan was afraid of Luo Mang.

Following the direction of the tail, he found that this tail actually extended from Luo Mang's body.

The dark green pupils didn't look like something a human could possess.

How could Ethan not be afraid?

"In that case, Spider-Man.

Would you please help this good Mr. finish what he hasn't finished, okay?"

"Gladly!"

Peter's agile figure crawled along the edge of the cave towards the way they came.

This posture, combined with the combat suit that represented 'fear', made people wonder if Peter was a true terrifying spider.

"As for you, Mr. Ethan, you don't need to be afraid.

I am merely representing Stark Industries, here to help Tony find his way home."

Luo Mang gently put Ethan down, descending from the rock wall and standing steadily in front of Ethan.

Ethan stared intently at the Man who was a full head and a half taller than himself after standing up.

He had the appearance of a monster, yet there was an indescribable sense of elegance and rationality.

If he had to be described using a legendary monster, it would be a Vampire.

But no matter how Luo Mang looked, he had no Vampire characteristics.

At this moment, the sound of gunshots like rain had already come from behind Luo Mang. Ethan pointed behind Luo Mang with some unease.

"That... Spider-Man, aren't you going to help him?"

Ethan spoke with difficulty. Although he said this, he had no doubt about the abilities of the two of them.

Luo Mang smiled and shook his head. Just as he was about to speak, he was interrupted by that familiar frivolous voice.

"Ethan... Oh my god, Ethan, get behind me quickly!"

Tony just glanced over, his vision filled with Luo Mang's dark green armor and strange tail.

In a hurry, he raised his right hand, and the miniature Rocket launcher automatically lifted into position.

Tony waved at Ethan while keeping the weapon in his left hand aimed squarely at Luo Mang.

"Mr. Stark, only three months have passed, have you forgotten me already?"

Luo Mang raised an eyebrow, stepped forward, and stood under the light source.

The white light coming through the holes around the cave shone on Luo Mang's face.

Tony was startled with just a glance, the surprise in his eyes completely undeniable.

"You are... Roma?"

"My name is Luo Mang, Mr. Stark, your appearance today is quite unique."

Luo Mang corrected him with some helplessness.

"Oh~ Luo Mang, why don't you look in the mirror and see what a ghost you look like now."

Tony slapped his head, finally remembering the correct pronunciation of Luo Mang.

Despite being imprisoned for over half a month, Tony's sharp tongue had not diminished at all.
