Joseph's POV
The assault catches me off guard this time. These warriors belong to Alpha Harvey's former territory, which means his son Dean really is the worthless piece of shit I suspected. Not only am I dealing with another pack invasion, but the coward isn't even participating in his own attack.
Harvey had been a decent Alpha, though age and exhaustion had taken their toll, and it shows in his warriors' pathetic combat skills. Combined with how dramatically Dorothy has already enhanced our pack strength in the brief time she's been with us, this fight proves far easier than our recent battles.
'Anyone got visual on Alpha Dean?' I demand while tearing through another one of Dean's fighters.
