Rio! stop running around and looking at the screen.
Rio stopped what he was doing to go and look at his friend's computer screen.
It's just a old temple, Filip.
Filip sighed and said shouted no! of course not it is not just a temple but an unexplored one.
Rio rolled back his eyes. He has been friends with Filip since they were little, and knew how naive and ridiculous his friend can be.
Rio leaned back in his chair and asked, How do you know it hasn't been explored before?
Filip smiled at his friend and said that this time he had checked everywhere online and books and even asked the Professor but to no avail.
Rio of course didn't believe his friend and just stared at him.

Rio began to consider hes options. But came up with a quick answer because it was either going to the temple with his friend or helping with the gardening at home.
The two friends then discuss how they would most easily get through the forest. and Filip made an estimate of how long it would take.

Filip and Rio were on their way through the forest until Rio got a little irritated.
Rio, who went first, turned to look at his friend and asked again how far it was to the temple.
Filip just shook his head and replied.
I don't know but it should be close.
Rio sighed What kind of scam is this? We have been walking for five hours. According to your calculations, we should have walked both there and back in that time.

Just as Filip said this, the dense forest opened up and they could see the glimmer of a triangular shaped temple.

After a fast snacks, Filip and Rio decided to check out the old statues and then look for an entrance to the temple.
The statue was overgrown and had large cracks throughout it even had large parts that had fallen off due to the passage of time.
The statue was of an animal with pointed ears, four legs and a tail.
Rio could only imagine what the big statues must have looked like in the past.
Unfortunately, they are old now and it is very difficult to judge what they would have represented in the past.
Rio thought it might be a wolf but couldn't say for sure.
When the two of them have inspected the statue and shared their thoughts with each other. They decided to split up so they could find the entrance as quickly as possible.

After some time, the two friends met to report their findings.
None of them had found a way in, but Filip had found a staircase that led all the way up to the top of the pyramid.
They both climbed the pyramid and found strange runes on the way up, Of course they couldn't understand it, but it gave an insight into how special this temple was.
They continued upwards past many different beautiful runes and came to the top where they found another statue, This one made of copper with all details intact.
Rio looked at it and thought it is a fox.
Philip wasn't that interested in the copper statue as he had found a spiral staircase straight down into the temple.

The way down was not exciting. Rio was starting to get a little disappointed, and was about to say that it was probably just empty when the spiral staircase ended and a gigantic cavern emerged. It took the two friends a long time to understand what they were looking at.
In the middle of the room stood a statue of over 6 meters tall made of gold and silver. The statue resembled a person with fox ears and an elegant tail. but what used the two friends the most was the armor it wore which looked like it was made of pure gold.
Both were in shock, thoughts fill their heads quickly. Who could have made it, who is that, how much is it worth, how has no one found it before now?
Rio fell silent. He was lost in his thoughts. So lost in them that he forgot to breathe.
Filip, however, was completely crazy with happiness. he has finally succeeded. succeeded in finding something new.
After a few minutes, they both calmed down and decided to go closer to the statue.
The two friends walked side by side, With each step they came closer and closer to the huge golden statue.
When they got close enough to the statue, Rio could see a medal lying on a strange bench in front of the statue he felt drawn to it. but how can that be?
Rio looks at his friend and sees that he has also noticed the strange medallion. which was now only a few meters from them.
Rio trembled as if his body didn't want to get closer to the medallion. but just a look. a look never hurt anyone he thought.
