As the girl, Agreya, ran towards them, her determination was palpable. "Mia!" she called out, her voice like a bell in the wind. She raised her hands, and a burst of energy shot out, reciting a spell that echoed through the alleyway.

The vortex behind them began to close, and Mia felt a surge of relief. But as she looked back, she gasped in awe. A thousand witch spirits stood by Agreya's side, their ethereal forms glowing with an otherworldly light.

Mia's eyes widened. "An ancient witch who can summon her ancestors to guide her?" she breathed. "I thought all ancient witches were dead. I thought I was the last Alden bloodline..."

Agreya's eyes locked onto Mia's, a fierce glint in their depths. "There are more of us, Mia. More ancient witches who have been hiding in the shadows, waiting for the time of reckoning."

The witch spirits began to chant, their voices a low hum that grew louder and louder. Mia felt the energy building, and she knew that she was about to witness something incredible.

"What are they doing?" she asked Agreya, her voice barely above a whisper.

Agreya's face was set in a determined expression. "They're gifting you their power, Mia. You're the key to unlocking the secrets of the Alden bloodline."

As the chanting reached a crescendo, a burst of energy exploded from the witch spirits, engulfing Mia. She felt a rush of power unlike anything she had ever experienced before. The world around her seemed to shift, and she knew that nothing would ever be the same again.

The energy emanating from Mia was palpable as she stood tall, her eyes blazing with determination. Agreya stepped forward, her voice firm. "Mia, it's time to end this. The Dark Witches have gone too far."

Mia nodded, her gaze locked on the leader of the Dark Witches, the Sorcerer. "You're not taking anyone else's life," she declared, her voice like a whip crack.

The Sorcerer sneered, his eyes flashing with malevolence. "You think you can stop us, Mia? You're just a foolish little witch."

Mia smiled, a cold, calculated smile. "I'm not just a witch, I'm an Alden. And I have the power of my ancestors behind me."

With a swift motion, Mia raised her hands, and a burst of energy shot out, striking the Sorcerer with incredible force. He stumbled back, his eyes wide with shock, as Mia's power coursed through him.

Agreya joined in, her own magic intertwining with Mia's. Together, they unleashed a devastating spell that sent the Dark Witches reeling. The Sorcerer let out a blood-curdling scream as he realized his time was up.

Mia's eyes flashed with a fierce light. "For the lives you've taken, for the pain you've caused... it's time to pay the price."

With a final, powerful incantation, Mia and Agreya struck the Sorcerer down, banishing him to the depths of the underworld. The Dark Witches, leaderless and defeated, fled in terror.

As the dust settled, Mia let out a shaky breath. It was over. The Dark Witches were finally defeated.

But as she turned to Agreya, she saw the ancient witch's eyes cloud with a hint of sadness. "What's wrong?" Mia asked, her voice soft.

Agreya's gaze was somber. "It's not over, Mia. The Hallow's resurrection has only just begun. And there are those who will stop at nothing to bring it back."

Mia's heart sank, her mind racing with the implications. She knew that this was just the beginning of a long and treacherous journey.
