Chapter 32: Lightning Oppression Horizontal Chop

Reaching the 200th floor was child's play for Uvogin.

But the moment he stepped out of the elevator, his calm Ten exploded into a violent Ren.

A wave of killing intent surged toward the smiling man waiting ahead.

Shalnark and Nobunaga arrived with Uvogin. Seeing the person waiting for them, their expressions turned ugly.

They exchanged a glance and confirmed the same thought: This isn't the real Ronin. It's a clone!

So where is the real Ronin hiding?

Under the assault of killing intent, Ronin didn't flinch. His aura remained in a calm, ordinary Ten.

"Didn't you climb to the 200th floor just to kill me in the ring? Why do you look so unhappy now that I'm here?" Ronin's tone was teasing.

The more casual he acted, the more Uvogin's rage boiled.

"Do you think I won't kill you outside the ring?" Uvogin cracked his knuckles, stepping forward as if ready to strike.

"Heh." Ronin let out a provocative chuckle before speaking slowly. "Can you kill me? I seem to recall someone lying on the ground like a dead dog, barking in impotent rage not too long ago."

Before Ronin finished speaking, Uvogin vanished.

He reappeared instantly in front of Ronin, his massive fist raised high. Using the rapid aura concentration of the Big Bang Impact, he smashed down, intending to pound Ronin into the floor below.

But Ronin was faster. Before Uvogin vanished, his hands had already formed seals.

Water Style: Water Wall!

A waterfall erupted from Ronin's mouth, forming a wall of water directly in front of him.

Uvogin's fist slammed into the Water Wall. He felt immense resistance from the churning water, stripping his Big Bang Impact of its explosive power.

Simultaneously, a sense of danger rose in Uvogin's heart.

He looked up sharply. Behind the cover of the water wall, Ronin had leaped high into the air.

His right hand was formed into a knife-hand, crackling with electricity. As he descended, he chopped down toward Uvogin's face.

Uvogin's heart went cold, but he didn't flinch.

exhaling sharply, he pulled his hand from the water, gathered more aura into his fist, and punched upward at the falling Ronin.

Big Bang Impact.

This was his signature move, his specialty.

As an Enhancer, his goal was to overpower all technique with brute force, crushing the enemy's attack with a stronger one.

He couldn't retreat.

Retreating meant leaking the spirit of fearless invincibility he had cultivated.

And Ronin's display wasn't enough to make him retreat!

Lightning Oppression Horizontal Chop.

This was the Jutsu Ronin used. It wasn't B-Rank; it was C-Rank.

It was a technique used by the Fourth Raikage, A.

In his youth, A used this move to chop off the Eight-Tails' left horn. During the Five Kage Summit, he used it to crack Madara Uchiha's Susanoo ribcage!

Though Ronin's Shadow Clone couldn't match the Fourth Raikage's power, the strike carried an aura of indestructibility.

Hand-knife and fist collided in mid-air.

Like two missiles impacting, a boom echoed. One figure exploded into water and smoke instantly. The other was forced back several steps, plowing a long furrow in the floor before stopping.

Drops of blood hit the ground. A cut had opened on Uvogin's fist, sliced by the Lightning Release!

The wound wasn't deep, but it undeniably broke Uvogin's defense.

One month.

From being chased like a rat to biting back—Ronin only took one month.

His growth rate is terrifying!

"Damn it! I hope you dare to step into the ring yourself instead of sending a clone to annoy me," Uvogin looked at the empty corridor, his frustration having nowhere to go.

"We should have chopped him up sooner," Nobunaga affirmed his stance.

But it wasn't too late.

Maybe a ring match wasn't bad. If Ronin dared to show up in person, Nobunaga wouldn't mind breaking the rules to help Uvogin double-team him.

Shalnark would probably agree too.

Three against one.

Ronin must die!

"Even if Ronin uses a clone on stage, his real body must be in the audience," Shalnark seemed to know what Nobunaga was thinking. "Tell the Boss. A lot of people might die that day."

Nobunaga understood immediately.

"I wonder if Franklin and Machi can come. With their help, it would be easier," Nobunaga took out his phone to call for backup.

He didn't care if bullying with numbers was despicable.

The key was stopping Ronin from escaping. The guy's endless escape tricks were genuinely troublesome.

While they whispered, Uvogin strode to the registration desk.

The receptionist smiled professionally, ignoring whatever just happened in the hallway. As long as it didn't affect her, the cleanup crew would handle it.

Several veteran fighters loitering nearby scattered like mice seeing a cat when Uvogin approached.

Ronin wasn't a soft persimmon they could squeeze, and this monster radiating aura and rage was someone they dared not approach.

Submitting his form smoothly, Uvogin looked forward to the match in three days.

In three days, he would tear Ronin apart in the ring. He would start from the mouth, making him watch as his limbs were ripped off, before gouging out his eyes and crushing his skull!

Uvogin knew that even if Ronin had cards left to play, the arena would be his graveyard.

Nobunaga and Shalnark wouldn't let him leave alive.

After Uvogin's group left, an ordinary-looking young man walked onto the 200th floor.

He quickly felt around a hidden corner of the hallway where the fight occurred, retrieving a hidden camera.

He also fished a listening device out of a trash can.

Without lingering, the man took the items and left via the elevator.

Shortly after, a videotape and a cassette appeared on Ronin's desk in Room 188.
