Chapter 2 - Chapter 2

I was walking down the hallway of Building 3, a building normally reserved for patients with serious illnesses.

In any case, it was quiet, and I liked that silence.

I walked slowly, greeting the nurses I passed on my way.

While reading my patient's file, I looked for room 43 and then found it. I opened it gently to see "my patient."

She seemed to still be sleeping in her bed, and a nurse appeared to already be there. She got up and approached me.

"Are you Leon Sullvian?"

she whispered to me.

I nodded to answer her question.

She then left, as if she had already been warned of my arrival.

I began by walking around the room and then checked all the medical equipment.

A doctor must be attentive to his environment; it is my duty to keep a close eye on my patient!

However, she seemed to be fast asleep. I got up and approached her, looking at her to get a better look at what she looked like.

She was a young woman in her twenties with beautiful tousled blue-black hair.

Her complexion was pale, but she was very beautiful.

I stood there for a moment contemplating her before going to sit down. I couldn't let my impulses get the better of me.

After a while, she woke up and was shocked to notice my presence.

"Who are you? And where's the nurse?"

she asked, suddenly worried.

It was a really nice welcome, but it hurt my ego a little. Do I look like a rapist or something? Maybe I have dark circles under my eyes, but still.

"Dr. Leon, the one who will be taking care of your psychological follow-up. What's your name?"

I asked her with a forced smile.

"Haven't you already read my file and my private life? I know doctors well, you bastard!"

She cursed at me.

Being a doctor is definitely not an easy job. If only I could hit my patients from time to time.

"Yes, but I haven't read them. I'm supposed to provide you with psychological care, not follow your entire life, and I want to get to know you myself, not through a file,"

I said with a sigh.

"Tss! Just because you're trying a different approach from other doctors doesn't mean it's going to work!"

she said, hiding under the sheets.

Well, this wasn't going to be easy. Why did she hate doctors so much?

Maybe she saw them every day and it annoyed her? But why did they always send me all the weirdos in town?

I took out my phone and started a game I'd heard about but never had a chance to play: Clash Royale.

I started the game and figured out how it worked.

It's more of a strategy game, actually...

I played for a while before the patient suddenly woke up.

"Stop playing, you're in a patient's room!"

she yelled at me.

"Shut up, we're in a hospital,"

I replied calmly.

I had just beaten my opponent with three crowns, I now had 1,720, I was pretty fast it seemed, and what's more, I had only won with three crowns and two crowns.

"Are you really a doctor!?"

She asked me furiously.

"No, I'm a comedian,"

I replied sarcastically.
