Year Two:
The end of the year came and I made it back to earth planning on eating myself into food coma and relaxing.
I felt him as I landed on earth before I saw him.
A presence like moonlight, very gentle, distant, but impossibly old.
"Shin" I murmured to myself .
Supreme Kai of the East.
But not the one I remembered.
This Shin was…very different, further reinforcing the fact that I'm in an alternate Gt timeline.
I can't believe I'm saying this but he Beautiful in an androgynous way—long pale hair, calm eyes that held both fear and curiosity.
Still naïve a bit and with a hint of tiredness.
"You should not exist," he said softly.
I didn't deny it, I just nodded and continued my path towards my house cave..
The Kai watched me walking away and decided to follow after some hesitation.
We spoke rarely, Shin sometimes asking about my adventures trying to get to know me the anomaly in his universe.
The questioning was never about morality but only observation as was still the supreme Kai.
He watched me fight once.
Watched me tear a void-beast apart slowly, deliberately extending the battle.
He said nothing at first only flinched once or twice when I approached him after the battle, his hands trembled as he observed me, I pretended not to notice .
