Chapter 20 - Expelled from School

For a moment, surprised whispers buzzed through the classroom.

"Whoa! Is Ye Wanwan crazy? She actually dared to talk back to Si Xia!"

"She's just using this as a chance to get close to him! What a perfect opportunity!"

"Ugh! She should take a look at herself in a puddle. How dare such trash set her sights on our male god?"

The young female homeroom teacher, Liang Lihua, was so angry her face turned dark. "Ye Wanwan! You're about to be expelled from this school, yet you still have the nerve to act all smug here! Is being last place something to be proud of? How did I ever get stuck with a student as shameless as you!"

Hearing the teacher's words, all the girls instantly became elated.

"Haha, I almost forgot! Ye Wanwan is getting expelled!"

"So the rumors are true!"

"Great! Let's see how she acts all high and mighty now!"

Teacher Liang had originally intended to wait until the official expulsion notice came down, but now she couldn't hold back any longer. She started berating Ye Wanwan right in front of the whole class. "Go take a look at yourself in the mirror! See what a monstrous sight you are! Dressing like neither human nor ghost every day, your grades are a complete mess, you're always dead last in our class! It's trash like you that ruins the reputation of our Class F! You're a single piece of rat droppings dragging down the entire class, yet you don't have an ounce of shame! You, get out of this school right now!"

Seeing Ye Wanwan really about to be kicked out, the girls were overjoyed.

That ugly freak still wanted to cling to their male god Si Xia!

Serves her right now!

"Get out! Get out!"

"Just get lost already!"

Facing the students' jeers and attempts to drive her out, Ye Wanwan's expression didn't change in the slightest. Her cool gaze shot straight towards the lectern. "Get out of school? I wonder, Teacher Liang, who gave you the authority to make me leave?"

Seeing that Ye Wanwan actually dared to question her, Liang Lihua's face turned even uglier. She said sharply, "By unanimous decision of the school leadership, you have been expelled!"

Upon hearing this, a look of scorn immediately appeared on Ye Wanwan's face.

Hah. What 'unanimous decision of the school leadership'? Although she had broken quite a few school rules, they were all minor infractions. According to school regulations, you needed at least three major demerits to possibly be expelled.

Her expulsion was entirely because Liang Lihua had been badmouthing her and poisoning the well in front of the school leaders.

Logically, as a teacher, there was no need to go so hard against a student. But who let her have such "great" luck, accidentally stumbling upon Liang Lihua's affair with a certain married school administrator.

Naturally, Liang Lihua had to do everything possible to get this thorn in her side out of the school!

That's exactly what happened in her past life. Giving her a hard time in daily life was just routine, and publicly humiliating her in front of the whole class happened often. Each time, watching her get humiliated became these students' favorite entertainment.

"What are you standing there for? Get out now!" Liang Lihua pointed sharply outside the classroom, looking like she couldn't wait another second.

Ye Wanwan let out a low, cold laugh. "Heh. Not even a single written notice with an official stamp. I get expelled based solely on Teacher Liang's word? Is the school your personal dictatorship?"

Liang Lihua's face instantly changed drastically. She slammed her hand on the lectern. "Ye Wanwan! How dare you! Is that any way to speak to a teacher? How on earth did your parents raise you!"

As she spoke, Liang Lihua looked Ye Wanwan up and down with contempt. "But then again, no wonder. What kind of parents raise what kind of child! A father who launders money, embezzles public funds, and owes a mountain of debt from high-interest loans; a brother who's a hoodlum and a gambler. What decent product could a family like that possibly produce?"

Liang Lihua's face was full of disgust and mockery. She had actually just exposed Ye Wanwan's private family matters in front of all the students.

Instantly, a wave of shocked whispers rose from below. Everyone's gaze fell upon Ye Wanwan as if looking at something utterly repulsive.
