Chapter 97 - | Fruitful

The class has ended and somehow I still learned something from the lesson while having the realization that I had. I didn't know that God could work like this. This is incredible! "Did you guys understand anything in the lesson?" Hazel asked while we were now walking to our next class. "Yeah. It's easy." Elle answered. "Easy for you to say! I was asleep when our professor was discussing it!" Hazel replied, Elle and I laughed.

"Why were you even asleep? Did you stay up late again?" I asked Hazel. She giggled, "I watched live selling." Hazel answered while still smiling. Elle and I laughed. "Are you serious?!" Elle asked while still laughing. "What? The discounts are huge!" Hazel reasoned. "Were you able to check out something?" I asked. Hazel giggled again. "She did." Elle said while smiling.

"Enough about me! Tell us what happened to the wedding! Did you meet a guy?" Hazel said, trying to change the subject. "Of course I met a guy! Can a wedding not have multiple guy guests?" I answered as I tried to reason out with them. "Defensive much?" Hazel. "She definitely did." Elle. "What?" The only word I uttered, then I felt my cheeks go warm.

"Okay, that's new." Hazel.

"Definitely a new feature." Elle.

"What? Why? What happened?" I asked.

"You're blushing." Hazel and Elle answered in sync.

"N-no, I'm not!" I opposed it while shaking my head. Hazel and Ell looked at each other and conversed through their facial expressions. Seriously? "Okay, fine. Did you understand the lesson earlier?" Hazel asked. It took me a minute before answering, "A little bit."

"Don't say that you also fell asleep?" Elle asked. "Actually, I just had a realization during the discussion." I answered as we arrived in the classroom. There's still 24 minutes left before our next class. "That you finally liked a guy?" Hazel asked as she sat down. "No. Also, he's a man by the way." I replied as I put down my bag. "No way!" Elle and Hazel blurted out in sync. Oh, shoot…

"What's his name?" Hazel.

"How old is he?" Elle as she sat down beside Hazel.

"Did you guys have interactions?" Hazel.

"How did the two of you meet?" Elle.

"You two do know that I won't be answering any of that, right?" I asked them both. "Yeah." They both replied.

"Anyways, what I just realized earlier…" I said as I sat down beside Hazel. Yes, Hazel is always in between us. "Yeshua said to me earlier, 'what the Son sees the Father doing, He also does'. Then Yeshua also said that He is the true vine and the Father is the gardener." I continued. "And then?" Hazel asked. Then I remembered that it was hard for me to share my thoughts.

"How do I share this?" I asked myself. Oh, Holy Spirit, help me with sharing the Good News… "If you connect them…" Said the Holy Spirit. "If you connect them…" I repeated. "The Son reflects what the Father does, just like the vine being taken care of. "

"The Son reflects what the Father does, just like the vine being taken care of. " I repeated.

"And since the Father takes care of His Son—the true vine,"

"And since the Father takes care of His Son—the true vine,"

"The Son—which is the vine—also takes care of its branches."

"The Son—which is the vine—also takes care of its branches."

"The Son went to pruning—going through His passion—to bear more fruit."

"The Son went to pruning—going through His passion—to bear more fruit."

"And that's what the Father will also do to the branches that bear fruit."

"And that's what the Father will also do to the branches that bear fruit."

"To become more fruitful like the vine."

"To become more fruitful like the vine."

"So that what the Son does, we also do."

"So that what the Son does, we also do."
