Chapter 99 - | Servant

Our classes for the day have finally come to an end. The last class we attended, I told Elle and Hazel what happened in the city beyond the sea. Of course I didn't include the part where I was rushed to the ER. Yes, even to them.

"Try contacting him later!" Hazel said as we walked out of the university. "I dunno." I replied. But then Hazel hit me on my arm. "Ow!" Then I caress the part of my arm that Hazel hit. "What do you mean you don't know? He definitely waits for you to contact him!" Elle said. "If not, what's the purpose of him giving his business card to Yeshua when Yeshua told you that He has a device that can contact this man with this business card!" Hazel reasoned out.

"Alright, alright! I'll try contacting Mark later." I replied then ran towards my bike as soon as we arrived at the bike rack. "Hey! Where you going!?" Hazel asked. "To the cafe!" I replied as I got on my bike. "Take care!" Elle said happily. "Bye! Take care!" I said as I bike away.

"Call him!" Hazel.

"I'll text him!" Me.

And I rode my bike as fast as I could to arrive at the cafe as fast as I could. I can't wait to share what I did to Yeshua! I was so happy that I didn't notice that I was giggling on the road. I only noticed it when people looked at me weirdly and confusedly. Most concerned.

As soon as I arrived at the cafe, I already saw the boys inside. However, John is not there because he still has classes until late afternoon. And so, I parked my bike on the bike rack and went inside the cafe. The customers there were obviously intrigued with Yeshua and the boys.

"Maria's here." Matthew said with a smile while looking at me. I smiled back at him. "Hey, how's class?" Simon asked as he crossed his arms and looked at me. "It's good, it's good. Also I want to share what I just did," I answered with a smile. Then I looked at Yeshua and saw Him looking at me and then He winked at me. I giggled.

"You know, there's a reason why we don't enroll in the course that you're taking." Jaime said. I rolled my eyes at him then sat down on the vacant seat at our table. "Jaime, let's hear Maria." Yeshua said to Jaime. And just like that, the conviction is obvious on Jaime's face.

"What did you do?" Andrew asked as he took a bite from his croissant. "Sharing my realization about the vine and the gardener, the Father and the Son to Hazel and Elle." I answered as I looked at Yeshua with a soft smile. "I thought it was related to your course," Matthew said, looking confused. "Oh, no. The Word of God is much more important." I answered then I looked at Yeshua and saw Him with a huge smile on His face.

"A good servant spreads the good news of their master." Yeshua said while looking at me and smiling at me.
