Sammy settled in, increasing the temperature of his blood as a cold breeze arrived.

After reading this Sammy thought with a smile on how interesting the side stories will be and with that said he started reading.
It was morning... by the time he found a title that was connected to or at least relevant to his time, it was morning. That itself just shows how many side stories that were contained in that book.
'What... does this book... have like every single story from the beginning of this damned planet'
Probably. Said the narrator
"Good morning Mr.prophet." when the sudden voice arrived Sammy flinched slightly.
"Ahh yes uhh good morning to you as well Kensei." Sammy responded as he stood up observing the evening star.
"I shall go and get some new fruits."
"Very well."
After the brief exchange Kensei left and Sammy closed the book.
'Wait does it reset when i close the book'
From this simple thought Sammy got more frightened then when he was being chased by zombies and thankfully it did not reset.
After that Sammy got up and wondered what he could do, he could do absolutely nothing except procrastinate until Kensei got back as he requires a lot of protection while going to the library.
'How good will it feel to become a divine savi-'
"I got more food and a better and larger sack to carry them. Oh and I found the library so I don't require your assistance in travelling to the library and now I shall waste no time going there."
This was the most that Kensei had ever talked. His smile twitched as he was happy about the fact that Kensei talked this much but was also slightly sad about how he was completely useless.
"Wait! Take me with you. I also need to get some books." Sammy said with a hint of despair.
"Okay." Kensei said
'Why does he talk more when im useless and talk less when im useful'
The narrator smiled as it was as clear as day, in fact he didn't even read Kensei's mind because he knew that there are some people that talk a lot when unhappy and talk less when happy.
With that being said Kensei walked in front of Sammy leading him to the library even though Sammy knew where it was but on the way they ran into a problem. The zombies that Kensei had previously cut down have regenerated.
"What?!" Kensei yelled for the first time as he was confused after all zombies can't regenerate after their blood is absorbed.
'Wow he yelled' Sammy thought as the zombies hurriedly approached.
"The zombies don't necessarily need their own blood to regenerate." Hearing this Kensei's nervous look disappeared and turned into a calm slightly annoyed look.
He then rushed at the zombies, slicing each one with precision. He then got bit and slashed by a zombie but this only allowed Kensei to manipulate his blood to destroy the zombies which he was constantly doing, but while he was being busy the zombies launched an attack on Sammy but Sammy was prepared and used the dagger to fend each one of and from a single cut of the dagger made the blood of zombie turn to stone, seeing this made the zombies be aware of the dagger that sammy had and soon they surrounded him.
Seeing this Sammy got nervous and was trying his best to keep track of all of them but in the end the numbers were too much and one of them ripped its own jaw out causing itself to bleed and launched an attack. Sammy was almost bitten but by the time the zombie launched its attack Kensei was already done executing every zombie in the vicinity.
As soon as Kensei saw the zombies that were attacking Sammy his eyes filled with blood lust and rage, as his bloody sword shined under the evening star, he rushed with his steps crushing the floor below him causing the zombies to trip and in that brief moment Kensei destroyed the zombies by making blood spikes going through their distorted skulls and finally ending the battle.
Sammy then reminded himself of how terrifying the zombies are due to their intelligence as the zombie made itself bleed in its mouth and attacked with his mouth because simple bites won't infect you but bites filled with the blood of the zombies will turn you into one of them afterall the zombies can only infect you with the blood of their own.
With that being said both Kensei and Sammy had to take a break for a breath of air but they both had different reasons. Sammy breathed rapidly due to the intense fight and tried to calm himself as he knows that being a zombie is worse than death.
Kensei was breathing rapidly because he was trying to calm himself as he was quite angry at the fact he didn't notice it sooner and with that being said he absorbed the blood of all nearby zombies and he was constantly checking for zombies around.
"Well then, let's go, the books won't read themselves." Hearing this made Kensei return back into a calm friend yet he still constantly checked for zombies.
After pushing the door open, Sammy looked around the library.
He saw many dusty books and shelves that barely stood. Even though Sammy was in another world he saw many familiar books that he had once read and so it was quite easy for him to pick the book he wanted and he only picked 3 books.
A book on how to build a boat and a book about how to be a good brother and a book called "magic 101".
While Kensei picked a book about how to build a boat as well as an english dictionary that translates between english and japanese. Luckily there was a book that also translated English and Korean.
After that the duo decided to go out and gather resources to build a boat but they got ambushed as soon as they left the building.
