AUTHOR'S POV
Pete started to protest, but Alex knelt down in front of him, gently caressing his cheeks.
Alex knew how much Pete had missed them and urged him to stay for a few days. He assured Pete that a single phone call would bring him right in front of him. After a moment of hesitation, Pete reluctantly agreed.
Alex then said he is leaving and kissed Pete's forehead, and lips before getting up.
Everyone present noticed Pete's expression turn gloomy as Alex prepared to depart.
Kinn suddenly intervened, calling Alex back and telling him to return after work. A confused Alex asked why. Kinn explained that Alex could stay there with Pete, knowing their relationship and stating they couldn't bear to separate the couple.
Tankun chimed in, agreeing Alex should stay and suggesting he could also join them to watch a series. Alex looked towards Pete, who appeared happy upon hearing their friends' suggestions. Alex agreed....
Alex said, " Baby let me know what all you need I'll bring them with me after work"
Pete said okay and Alex left for work....
PETE'S POV
I saw him leaving just then Porsche said he needed to discuss something. I smiled, guessing immediately it was about him, and Porsche confirmed it.
I explained that he was similar to them, a powerful mafia leader.... He is settled Abroad but he has buisness and connections whole around the world, he is treated everywhere like a "king without a crown." Tankun seemed worried, asking if I was sure I wanted to be with someone so dangerous.
I explained our history; we've been dating for about four years, and since then, he has maintained a low-key life, always listening to me. I asked him to stop the dangerous business, and he actually listened he stopped all the dirty business and started doing normal business. I don't like living in apartments or hotels, so he bought a house here just for my comfort. He has no family or friends nearby but I knew it I say he will come with me, when I told him I missed my friends, he immediately suggested we move back here, he has no one here... He only has business here but he was ready to leave everything for me and he did and came here with me.... I really appreciate that no matter what he does, he always asks for my opinion and happiness first only then he decides, and he is happy with whatever I choose.
He didn't know how to cook Thai food, but he learned it for me and cooks for me every day. He was there when I needed someone.... He healed me.... He loves me and spoils me so much; how could I not like someone like him?
After hearing what I said, Kinn said he seems to like you very much. I agreed, saying that he does, and he sacrificed so much for me. I don't want him to sacrifice anything for me, but he willing did all of that... He loves me.... Takes good care of me.... He never disappointed me... What more do I need from a person who loves me?
My eyes filled with tears while I was talking. Sometimes I even think I'm not good enough for him.
Macao told me not to say that, that I am worth it... I thanked them for letting him stay here. Tankun asked what I was saying, noting that my boyfriend is their brother-in-law, and Chay agreed.
I was happy knowing that they were ready to accept us...
VEGAS'S POV
I feel terrible hearing all these stories.
I have been waiting for Pete all these years, and now he has a boyfriend who loves him so much. I know how special Pete is, but I don't want him to be with anyone else. Pete, do you really love him so much? Did you really forget about the love we had? Are you really leaving me?
It felt suffocated.... My heart shattered....
