Chapter 7 - Chapter 7 : Vegeta and Nappa find it hard to accept the truth

Sengoku: "I truly don't know what to make of this. At least I haven't seen any videos that spoil the future until now."

Garp: "Indeed. There are countless videos online, but they usually depict events that have already transpired or hidden truths that were never meant to be exposed. There has never been a video that serves as a prophecy."

Kakashi: "That likely depends on the identity of the uploader. Perhaps the individual who posted this hails from the future of your Dragon Ball World?"

Duanmu Yan: "That seems impossible, doesn't it? If they were from the future, why upload it now? If they were going to share it, it should happen in their own timeline. We shouldn't be able to see it yet."

Li Xinnan: "The person who uploaded this video is named Lin Luo. Do any of you from the Dragon Ball World recognize him?"

Krillin: "Lin Luo? I've never heard of him. The name doesn't ring a bell at all."

The video platform operated on real identities; whether one was sending bullet comments or uploading content, their true name was displayed. Thus, Lin Luo's name appeared for the first time before the gaze of the most powerful beings across the Wanjie Multiverse.

Watching the reactions, Lin Luo remained perfectly calm. He had never interacted with the Dragon Team, so it was only natural they didn't know him. Even if they managed to track him down later, he felt no pressure. By then, he would have already claimed the rewards from the video platform, ascending to become a top-tier expert within the Dragon Ball World. He anticipated a future where he wouldn't even need to fear a God of Destruction like Beerus, or perhaps even the Grand Priest and Zeno.

Regarding the audience's skepticism about his "future spoilers," Lin Luo simply didn't care. Those willing to believe would believe; those who weren't could remain in the dark. It changed nothing for him.

Among all the viewers, however, one person found the footage utterly unacceptable: Vegeta.

Vegeta: "Impossible! This must be a fabrication! How could I, the Prince of all Saiyans, be unable to defeat Kakarot—a mere low-class warrior!"

Vegeta: "How could I be beaten so badly that I'm forced to transform into a Great Ape? This is absurd!"

Vegeta: "I am the Saiyan Prince! A low-class soldier should be crushed with a flick of my wrist!"

Staring at the screen, Vegeta saw himself covered in blood and grime, pushed to the absolute limit. He could not accept it. He had always looked down on Kakarot as trash. How could a commoner match his elite Ki? Seeing himself as a Great Ape crushing Kakarot's bones provided a flicker of satisfaction, but the fact that he was forced into the transformation at all was a blow to his pride.

Furthermore, he was incensed by the narrator's description. While he agreed with being called arrogant, cruel, and inhuman—traits he wore as a badge of Saiyan honor—he was disgusted by the claim that he was "family-oriented" and "humane." When did a Saiyan ever care for such trivialities? To him, the video was clearly a lie.

Nappa: "Exactly! And where am I in all this? How could I be killed by a low-class weakling?"

Nappa was equally distraught, mainly because he noticed his total absence in the latter half of the footage. This implied his death, yet he couldn't fathom losing to Kakarot, let alone seeing Vegeta pushed into such a desperate corner.

As if sensing Nappa's confusion, the narrator's voice chimed in.

"It must be noted that two Saiyans originally arrived on Earth, both possessing tails. One was named Vegeta, and the other was Nappa. Logically, Nappa should have been able to transform as well. Why didn't he? Smart viewers have already guessed the truth: he was already dead. And how did he die? He wasn't killed by Son Goku or his allies. He was executed by his own comrade, Vegeta."

The scene shifted abruptly. In the video, a broken Nappa lay at Vegeta's feet, defeated by Son Goku. Nappa reached out a trembling hand, begging his partner for help. Vegeta looked down with a cold, mocking sneer and took Nappa's hand—only to hurl him high into the sky. With a casual flick of his wrist, Vegeta fired a concentrated Ki blast that vaporized Nappa instantly.

"I have no use for subordinates who can't move," the onscreen Vegeta spat.

Lin Luo had added this specific scene right before uploading. Since people from the Dragon Ball World were watching, he decided to spoil some "interesting" details for the participants. He couldn't see Nappa's face in person, but the bullet comments were more than enough entertainment.

Nappa sat frozen in his space pod, his mind racing. It took several minutes before he regained his senses and began frantically typing.

Nappa: "Impossible! This is a lie! How could I die at Vegeta's hands?"

Nappa: "How could I lose to Kakarot! This can't be real!"

Nappa: "I don't believe Vegeta would be so cruel to me. I've served him since he was a child!"

Nappa: "The video is fake! None of this will happen!"

Nappa was reeling from two unthinkable truths: losing to a low-class warrior and being discarded like trash by the prince he worshipped. He refused to believe he was as expendable as Raditz. He was Vegeta's most loyal enforcer.

While Nappa spiraled in the comments, other viewers across the multiverse watched in silence. They didn't know Vegeta personally yet, but based on the sheer violence they had seen from the Great Ape transformations, it seemed plausible. It appeared the Saiyan nature was fundamentally ruthless.

Frieza: "Oh ho ho ho! Mr. Vegeta, I didn't realize you had such a flair for the dramatic."

Frieza: "As the Saiyan Prince, you should know your race is facing extinction. I didn't expect you to shorten the list yourself."

Recoome: "Typical. Dirty monkeys are all the same; they never change."

Ginyu: "Now you see the truth, Nappa. In Vegeta's eyes, you are nothing more than a dog to be put down. Of course, in our eyes, you both fit that description."

Vegeta and Nappa were consumed by rage as they read the insults, yet they remained silent. They knew all too well that they were in no position to provoke the Frieza Force.
