Thalia's POV
I could see it, broad as day.
Amy was nothing like me.
Whatever she had going on with Alpha Kade, was not like what I had with Alpha Ronan.
Her naturally pale skin, which was one of the things that I had noticed as one of her unique features, was a magnet to any markings.
If I were to slap her hard on the face, it would take at least.a week for the print of my hand to disappear from her face.
While my body was riddled with scars, hers was flawless.
This made me wonder if Kade really ever touched her.
"Has he ever laid his hands on you?" I found myself asking.
I don't know whether it was curiosity to know what kind of man he was, or to know what I had just gotten myself into, but I really felt like I needed that answer.
Amy, looking at me with a smile on her face, said, "He has never had a reason to do so."
She was smiling, but I could see it in her eyes. She felt pity towards me.
