"Amanda make sure the water is boiling hot we need to save your brother"Mrs Helen said as they were preparing to actually burn Christian body so the disease that had affected him will be cured, as they believed.
The Helen family was a small religious family living in small town where everybody knew everyone called Mendeza Township.Mr Helen named James Helen married to Angela Brown Helen and had 3 kids, firstly the heir to their big church the family owned David Helen then the second born Christian Helen and last born sister of 2 boys Amanda Helen.
Christian screams was like someone being physically abused to the extreme... as he was. They had drugged him so that he could not have strength to fight back or struggle making their job difficult.The bald headed priest Mr Helen was busy shouting whatever was from the Holy Bible while the older brother David was busy beating him up with what seemed to be a some sort of a sjambol/whip all over his body ignoring the blood that was now cover on Christian entire body.
"Now Angela"shouting Mr Helen as Mrs Helen put a cloth on Christian's mouth not that anybody would've heard Christian's screams as they were at the cabin located far away from the town but Mrs Helen thought it wouldn't hurt to be careful.
Mr Helen continued with his Bible words verse after verse book after book. Angela than took the vinegar and pour it all over Christian's wounds which was the whole body at this point as David gruesomely beaten him all over and over and over again while reciting the OUR FATHER prayer.
"By this sour juice Lord we bring our baby boy to you Lord, we beg you to forgive his sin Lord , Lord we're cleansing his boy,soul,mind,heart and faith Lord so that he can be reborn as a pure and innocent child of God Lord" prayed Mrs Helen. Then due to all the pain Christian fainted right then and hurry untied him to take him to a bath of Christ as they called it. The water in the bathtub was boiling hot and red as Amanda added some blood of Christ (red wine) to deep cleanse the sins away.
As soon as they put him in, Christian woke from the shock of burning pain and when he opened his eyes looking at everyone standing beside him with concern looks, not for but for what will happen if this ritual doesn't work, what will happen to their family name and reputation.David had just got engaged to one beautiful lady Miss Jones who's the daughter a mayor of this town and very respectful family, so having this thing that got into his dear brother he couldn't risk it being exposed.As for Amanda had eyed for the Lincoln family that own the town biggest mining factory so one bad slip she could loose it all, not that she had even met with the guy but she had her plans as she stated. Lastly the parents were afraid of losing the congregation and church members if this could come to light.
Mr Helen then began to baptize him as he stated but to someone with heart could've saw that as Mrs Helen drowning this poor boy in a pool of blood,he continued doing that while everyone was praying as if they were in a competition of some sort of prayer, when Mrs Helen went loud the others would go even louder. But then all were so focus on the competition not realising that Mr Helen had kept Christian under water for far too long and Christian had stopped struggling. Everyone and everything seemed to stop in time for a split second but then Amanda said it first "we should bury him" all eyes went on her and she snapped " it not like all of you are sad he's gone I'm sure you all are relived that he's dead" David went and grabbed the lifeless body that was he's brother from the bathtub and walked toward the roomand place him on the bed and start rolling him with the blanket while the parents were preparing the tools to dig the where they would bury him.
On the car it was quiet, not because they just killed their family member but because of a relief they felt at that moment,peace and quiet then Amanda began "so he's still in University complete his law degree course right?" Asked amanda
"He came back last week and wanted to spend some time at the cabin but then an incident happened where he got caught on fire and burned down with it" says Mrs Helen with a steady and calm calculated voice. " We should probably burn the down the cabin after we done buried him"says Mr Helen.
The entire road trip David was quiet show a complicated look not sure if it is guilt or excitement.
When they arrived at the town cemetery where they decided to bury him the boys started digging the burial hole while the ladies drag the body."Quickly dump the body inside so we can get the hell out of here"says Amanda, they dump Christian immediately but as he hit the ground he woke up and realise that he was being buried and when he looked up everyone was shocked to see him alive."He's still alive let's take him to the hospital"Divid said. "Are you insane,and what if he talks and we all go to jail" said Amanda "But he lives Amanda our brother leaves (as he started crying) mother, father the ritual worked our brother is cured let take him to the hospital I know he will not talk he....." " Stop!(David was cut off by his mother) everybody start filling the hole"
Immediately Amanda and the priest began filling up the hole ignoring the cries of both brothers.
As Christian knew this was his death,laying down looking at the serious face on both his parents,the excitement in Amanda's face and David nowhere to be seen with his last words he cried MOM!... PLEASE!!!
But he knew that they were not going to stop they could not afford the world knowing that they have a brother and a son who's GAY....
