Chapter 8 - Supplies from Eight Warehouses

Luo Suisui, accompanied by bodyguards, arrived at the place her father had told her about. After explaining her purpose to the warehouse manager,

she entered the warehouse area.

Looking at the eight keys in her hand and the warehouses in front of her, each seemingly 20 by 20, totaling 400 square meters, Luo Suisui

thought to herself: "She knew it; Dad's method of collecting supplies is much easier than mine."

Luo Suisui drove to the innermost warehouse.

She glanced at it and saw it was filled with rice and flour, piled up to three meters high, except for a narrow passageway.

Luo Suisui reached out and tried to mentally store them in her spatial storage, but found that she could only store about three cubic meters at a time.

This warehouse alone was 400 square meters—too slow!

Perhaps anticipating her thoughts, Zhuanzhuan appeared.

[Host, I can help you collect them.]

Luo Suisui raised her slender eyebrows. "What are the conditions?"

[Could you spend 200 points to get me a robot body? That way, I can watch your stall at the monthly trading square, and you can browse and buy whatever you want.] "

Of course! If I had known earlier that Zhuanzhuan could have a body, I would have exchanged it for you much sooner," Luo Suisui said firmly.

She had previously wanted to ask the trading plaza what to do if she wanted to sell and exchange at the same time. Unexpectedly, she had delivered herself to its doorstep.

Zhuanzhuan, unaware of her little scheme, said in a sweet, childlike voice, "[Suisui, you're so good to me! You actually spent all your remaining points on me.]"

Luo Suisui's eyes crinkled with laughter. This little system was so naive; it even changed how it addressed her.

Soon, Luo Suisui's two hundred points were deducted from her account, temporarily leaving her penniless. A small robot appeared on the ground, about knee-high to Luo Suisui.

Its body was square, as was its head, and even its limbs were long, thin cuboids. Its facial features were simply lines.

"[Suisui, I'll go help you pack your things.]" After saying this, the small robot happily ran over and put the items into its spatial storage.

Luo Suisui watched as the rice and flour in front of her, three cubic meters at a time, disappeared before her eyes, while Zhuanzhuan still seemed very happy.

Her impression of her changed; she was simply adorably innocent.

With the tireless help of Zhuanzhuan, the contents of one warehouse were quickly cleared. The second warehouse was the same as the first, still filled with rice and flour. The next few items were sugar, oil, seasonings, fruits, canned meat, dried beef, pork, and mutton, preserved chicken, duck, and pork, various snacks, and daily necessities.

Back home, Luo Suisui returned the key to her father and told him she had finished clearing.

Luo Wenyao was somewhat surprised; he had thought Suisui would only be able to clear two or three warehouses at most, let alone a whole warehouse. How did she manage that?

But he didn't ask further; he respected his daughter's autonomy.

Back in her room, Luo Suisui also discovered that the items she had previously listed were sold out. Her points had returned to 300. She then ordered 500 portions of each item through a food delivery app and chose in-store pickup.

This wouldn't do; she couldn't keep selling food. In the apocalypse, the most scarce resources were water and plants. Therefore, she needed to quickly figure out the key points. The most important thing was to know what was scarce in other dimensions so she could achieve great results with limited resources.

While waiting for her takeout, Luo Suisui browsed the shop windows of merchants from other dimensions. She

stopped in front of the shop window of a merchant from the Beast World dimension—Tiger Stone—and her eyes lit up as she looked at his product descriptions.

Red Fruit: It can warm the heart and spleen; regular consumption can help with physical health; it contains a faint spiritual energy.

Ice Crystal Stone: A stone that emits cold air and can last for six months.

Luo Suisui thought back to when the apocalypse first arrived. Not only were there zombie outbreaks, but the weather was also getting hotter and hotter, causing many supplies to mold and smell bad. Temperatures reaching 50 or 60 degrees Celsius made it difficult to walk outside.

Actually, after the outbreak at Sakura Floating Mountain, the weather had already started to rise, but everyone didn't take it seriously, thinking it was just the approach of summer. However, this year's weather was much hotter than usual.

So, Luo Suisui, with a try-it-out attitude, bought five red fruits and five ice crystal stones.

The red fruit costs 5 dimensional coins, and the ice crystal stone costs 1, totaling 30 dimensional coins. Adding the items she sold, her current balance is 5280 dimensional coins.

As soon as she received the red fruit and ice crystal stone, Luo Sui Sui washed them and put them directly into her mouth. Juice filled her mouth as soon as she took a bite.

The red fruit was about the size of a fist, resembling a magnified cherry, and tasted similar.

While eating, Luo Sui Sui asked, "Zhuan Zhuan, this ice crystal stone looks quite useful, but why does it only cost 1 dimensional coin?"

[As far as I know, the Orcish plane has a cold season and a warm season. During their cold season, ice crystal stones fall from the sky, causing a flood that can't be dealt with. So these ice crystal stones are picked up from the ground. With no cost, the price is cheap.]

"You know quite a lot."

[Because I can analyze the things Sui Sui buys and know some of their background.] Luo

Suisui, thinking about Su Wanwan's sudden disappearance today, asked, "Did Su Wanwan activate you in your past life too?"

"No, only Suisui awakened me."

Luo Suisui lowered her eyes; it seemed Su Wanwan had quite a secret. Perhaps she also had a system, but it probably wasn't a trading system.

The items she had previously taken out were relatively limited in variety. However, later, the exotic plants and monsters also dropped all sorts of "equipment," so while her items were enviable, they weren't unique.

Seeing that her order was almost ready, Luo Suisui regained her composure. She gave the remaining four red fruits to her parents, telling them they were good for their health, and then went out.

To avoid attracting attention, Luo Suisui drove the car her nanny usually used for grocery shopping—it had a large capacity. She also wore a mask, a fisherman's hat, and sun-protective clothing, looking like a diligent worker.

Just as she put her things back into her spatial storage and reached the door, she bumped into her mother.

Mu Rong pulled her into her room, glanced at the door to make sure no one was there, and whispered... "Sui Sui, did you go buy fried chicken? Give Mom some."

Luo Sui Sui smiled and took out a portion from her spatial storage.

"Mom, hide it well, okay? So Dad doesn't find out."

"So Dad finds out what?" Luo Wen Yao's voice rang out behind them.

Mu Rong quickly hid, calmly saying, "Nothing."

A helpless expression appeared on Luo Wen Yao's refined face. "Alright, stop hiding. The smell is so strong, how could I not know? Eat it if

you want." It'll be hard to get any more later.
