"Also understandable. Here we go: your quirk will awaken at the age of four alongside your intellect boost and photographic memory. Your quirks details are as follows: after awakening you need a specific spot in which to ground your quirk. Your quirk is usable for portals/teleportation without a grounded spot but you cannot enter the domains space. Anyone who knows about this specific entrance (grounded spot) can intrude upon your domain by thinking so while touching the point of access. This point of access must be limited to a physical entrance such as a door or something similar. This can be moved as long as the surroundings of the entrance and the entrance itself are thoroughly demolished. You can still access your domain from anywhere you are in contact with this just allows for a back door into your domain for others."

Now, while in your domain you can leave in a corporeal form that can only attach itself to a physical surface and only be noticed as a ripple on said surface within your original range from where you entered.
