"Where are you? I'll come pick you up. We're going to the estate together." As soon as she answered, Zachary Fairchild's magnetic, rich voice came through the line.
"That's okay. I have a ride."
'After all, I'm a person with a car and a driver now, even if they both belong to the company.'
"Don't be difficult. Just tell me where you are." Zachary paused before continuing, "Grandfather wants us to come back together."
Olivia Wynne held Mr. Fairchild in high regard. She knew the wise old man wouldn't call for them without a good reason.
Figuring Mr. Fairchild must have something important to discuss, she told Zachary, "I just left the set. You can pick me up on Noralia Road."
"Mm."
The man on the other end of the line affirmed before hanging up.
Zoya eyed Olivia cautiously and asked in a hushed voice, "Olivia, was that your boyfriend?"
Giving Zoya a cool glance, Olivia Wynne gently uttered two words: "He's not."
