Still garnering everyone's attention to himself, albeit this time for different reasons, Clay obediently waited for the next test.
"Phew, so it looks like he just spent all his points on strength, no wonder his strength is unbelievable."
"Yeah, except for strength, nothing else is impressive."
"He must be stupid for spending everything in strength."
The crowd, still not over what Clay had done in the strength test a while ago, made some comments about his new results in the second test.
Contrary to what the crowd expected, his results in the mystic test was quite.... disappointing compared to his previous result in the first test.
Most assumed that although Clay's strength was impossibly high, he had only obtained it by dumping all his stat points into the strength stat.
'Or at least that's what they all thought, little did they know that all my stats are over a thousand, hehe... Although I am curious why the orb said that I am in the tens range when I'm not.' Clay observed the whispering people around him, clearly hearing whatever they were saying about him thanks to his keener senses.
Clay wondered what category hearing falls to, strength doesn't make sense, same with agility, intelligence, mystic, and vitality, the only one that's left is dexterity, which Clay felt was reasonable. Though he still can't think of any obvious connection that hearing has to dexterity.
Clay watched as the others finished with their second test.
The orb glowed red when approached by Josh, much to Rafael's surprise, saying that it only glows red when the mystic stat is around a hundred.
Without a doubt, Josh was now the next person to attract the attention of everyone, his stats where way above what any 16 year old teenager should have, heck, his stats might equal some of the instructors in the academy.
Well that is if you didn't count Clay whose strength stat is probably one of the highest in the world, some people still couldn't wrap their heads around that, which is why even though Clay's stat was around a thousand, it was unheard of, most of the students still don't have a very clear idea on how big of a deal that was.
Steve and Khael both got purple glows from the crystal orb when they placed their hands on it. Indicating that their mystic stat was around the fifties, explained Rafael.
"CLAY!" Once Josh and the others reunited with Clay at the third test, everyone immediately bombarded Clay with questions.
"HOW DID YOU GET THAT STRONG?!" Josh practically screamed at Clay, grabbing him by the shoulders and shaking him violently.
"W-woah, stop shaking me I'm getting d-dizzy."
"HOWWWWW." Josh didn't stop shaking Clay as he repeated his question.
"Calm down, Josh, he won't be able to answer us at this rate." Steve separated the two.
Then suddenly, Steve grabbed Clay by the shoulders.
"WERE YOU ALWAYS THAT STRONG?! HOW DID YOU DO IT?!" Steve shook Clay back and forth much more violently than Josh.
Josh was speechless at the sight.
"Hey, hey, hey, calm down, you guys are getting nowhere." Khael appeared between the two.
Khael pried Steve off of Clay, which frankly took some effort.
"Alright, Clay, how exactly strong are you..?" Khael placed one hand 'calmly' on Clay's shoulder.
Clay was about to answer, but then he felt that the hand that was on his shoulder was trembling intensely, and if he looked closer, he could see that Khael's eyes were practically red and shaking.
"Uhh, you good there? Khael?" Clay tried gently separating Khael's hand from his shoulder, however, it didn't budge one bit, it was even slightly tinted a metallic hue.
Clay could only give a wry smile at the situation at hand.
"We can continue this later, once you guys.... calm down..." Finally succeeding in prying Khael's hands off, Clay suggested continuing the conversation later, after they were done with the tests.
Seeing that now was not really the appropriate time to interrogate Clay, Josh and the others sighed as they ultimately agreed to continue the talk later back at the dorms.
"Alright."
"Sure."
"Fine."
"Great. Oh, look! Miss Charlot is here." Clay pointed at the front where Charlot and one other woman was standing.
"For this last test, you would have to show us what your main abilities are, just so we can get a grasp on what powers our students wield." Charlot explained.
"Just come up front and use your abilities, and if you would like, you may also explain in detail about what it does." She added.
Clay, being first in line, was naturally the first to step up in front of Charlot and another woman that was dressed modestly and had a pair of glasses.
"Just tell us what your system is about and what it does, afterward you can demonstrate it to me." Charlot spoke to Clay.
"A-alright." Clay nodded, nervous that he was talking to a woman.
"S-soo, my system i-is a m-mapping system, a-and it a-a-allows m-me to make maps."
Clay was a stuttering mess.
It can't be helped, Charlot was one of the most beautiful women Clay has ever seen, it doesn't help that the number of women that he has interacted with can only be counted on one hand, those that weren't family of course.
Charlot raised an eyebrow at Clay, slightly amused.
"Relax, I'm not going to eat you. Do those maps do anything else or are they just normal maps?"
"T-they c-can do some-t-thing else."
"Oh? Do tell?"
Regaining some confidence, Clay spoke a little bit clearer this time.
"You can u-use my maps to 'see' any area on the map as if you are a-actually there in person."
Clay omitted the part where his maps can teleport people to other places. That could cause some problems if other people found out.
"Oh? Interesting. Do you have a map on you right now so I can test it?" Charlot asked, her interest piqued.
"Yes, here." Clay brought out a Tier-1 map of his village from his inventory, lending it to Charlot for her to test.
