"Oh my Goodness, what is she doing"

"Somebody call 911" Passerby shouted and people gathered has they spotted a red haired girl on top of seven storey building about to jump .
" I wondered what could have happened to her to make a you girl like her want to take her own life "said a woman who was amongst the crowd of onlookers
"Life is tough but dieing isn't going to solve anything " said a man in his late 70's .
Alicia looked down on the crowd, tears began to drip from her face , she hesitated, but thinking about how her life has being since she could remember, it felt like a dagger piercing her heart . Alicia Carter is a 27 year old woman, she was an orphan she never knew her parents, her father was murdered by an unknown killer and her mother died while trying to giving birth to her, she had no relatives, she knew nothing about her parents family. She lived in the orphanage and while she was there,she was usually referred to as a cursed child, solely because it was strange both her parent died the day she was born, the nuns in the orphanage felt she was bad luck. She often isolate herself from the other kids, because of it, she had no friends she sometimes got bullied by the other kids. She was never once adopted, when she was in the orphanage, people felt she was a strange little girl, because she was always by herself. Alicia always wished for a perfect and happy home and that one day she would be free from all the horrors life has thrown her into. Just like a dream that day never came. When she turned 18, she was no longer under the orphanage care so she had to fend for herself. Even though Alicia was known has a cursed child, she was a bright and brilliant kid she was able to get scholarship into college. When Alicia was in the orphanage she had a goal and that goal was to become a successful business woman. She studied night and day never had time to make friends or be in a relationship, she had only one friend which was Katherine, they've known each other since when they were in the orphanage together, Katherine usually stand up for her against bullies and those kids who tries to pick on her. Sadly for her Katherine was adopted when she was ten, They happily reunited after they coincidental got into same college. When Alicia was in college she was a top student that every other student in her department wants to befriend her because of her good grades, but Alicia wasn't interested. When Alicia got out of college that was when she knew she had to face reality. Alicia knew if she wanted to get to the top she had to start from the bottom. Alicia did many part time jobs, to earn money for her daily expenses when she was in college, she had no one to depend on so she had to fend for herself. Katherine sometime rescues, her whenever she finds herself in a tight situation or was seriously broke, she always promise to repay Katherine one day. When Alicia got out of college she got employed as a business administrative in MECH TECH, which was a very big automobile company in the city. Alicia had plans to start her very own business but she needed to make money first. While Alicia was working in Mech tech. For the first time in her life she fell in love, it was with a colleague who also work in the same company as her, though they were in different departments, Alicia and Henry loved each other so much, that people called them the inseparable couple. She befriended a colleague her name was Caroline. Caroline and Alicia first met at at the company's interview. So when they both got hired to same department, they got fond of themselves. They saw they had lot of things in common. Alicia and Caroline got promoted often because of their wits, cooperation, productivity and ability to solve problems. After three years of working in the company Alicia now has enough savings to buy her own apartment and start her very own business, like she had dreamed of, though she plans to keep working in the company until her business got a strong foot hold and she was able to repay the loans collected to start it. She now has lot of friends and people around her, she was happy and no longer alone . Her business was thriving and Everything was going on good for her until, she was framed of embezzlement and collection of bribe. Alicia's image began to crumble before her eyes, she was not only fired but also arrested. Caroline was also involved in the cross fire with her. Alicia business began to fail, her property was seized by the government, her car, apartment and even her little investment . Those she thought would save her all left to avoid her from tarnishing their image. Caroline got involved in a terrible accident and died, people blamed her for it. What was worse, is that she caught her boyfriend cheating on her with her best friend Katherine in his room. Her reality crumbled before her very own eyes. She was so heartbroken,
" so while she was running around thinking they were helping me they busy sleeping with each other", Alicia thought to herself .
She later discovered the file that went missing and got her into trouble was manipulated and taken by Henry which is now ex-boyfriend , and the original copy was destroyed. Though she never found any evidence to prove her innocence or prove her was boyfriend guilty. Alicia had lost all hopes, she felt she was never going to be happy, everyone hates her and they think of has a criminal, even if she left the city, they will always know her as a criminal. She wasn't thrown into jail because the vice chairmen of the company pardoned her and decided to let her go . Alicia look down at the crowd beneath her,
"they are all telling me not to jump, but no one is coming up to rescue me, I guess there's nothing to live for. I never knew my parents, though I have picture of them but none them has ever carried me in their arms before, Caroline died because of my foolishness and the man I loved betrayed me with my best friend who I always thought had my back. Now I'm all alone like the day i was brought out of my mother's womb." Alicia thought about this in her final moments, then turned around and fell to gladly embrace gravity, a strange hand reached out to save her, but it was too late.
" I gladly accept my punishment in hell " she thought to herself as she closed her eyes to embrace death.
