[Amil's POV]
The group of humans known as The Fatui, start their attack on me. The 2 females in the group gather up Electro energy while the 2 with part of their faces visible rush in. The Geo wielder summons a rifle and aims to shoot at me, so does the big Hydro wielder, while the Pyro wielder attepts a fast sneak attack from behind.
I have to admit that these people are decently coordinated. It seems as though they've had encounters like this before. Unfortunately for them, I am far above what they have experienced. Time for me to do some tests with my powers and abilities.
I first dodge out of the way of the closest attacker, the Pyro user, by backfliping over him. As I do so, I gain a lot of air time thanks to me using my Anemo powers. Speaking of, I use those same powers to create a gust of wind beneath my feet once I'm behind him and rush forward with great force with my hand extended toward him.
Due to the increased velocity, I not only end up crashing into the Pyro user, I also grind him through the ground with my hand on the back of his head, knocking away the other 2 assailants as well.
We skid for a little bit, crashing into the campfire in the process, before coming to a stop. I then look back to see the remaining 6 humans staring in shock. I blink, then look at the hooded human I'm currently still standing on.
"Oh dear, I hope I didn't kill him. Plan B was to simply test my powers, not kill him. Although if he did die, that would prove useful for future learning experience." I said to myself.
"You bastard!" screamed one of them.
He rushed at me again with murderous intent. My response? Quickly summon a wall of Geo between me and him with a few meters to spare. I hear a thud on the other side, then follow up with a good side kick that ended up breaking the Geo wall and sent him tumbling in the opposite way, past our vicinity.
After I put my leg down, I begin walking calmly toward the 5 humans remaining. They, in response flinch and step back in fear. "W-What are you?" the big man said, his voice shaking.
"I am Amil." I responded straightforwardly.
The 2 females and the 2 males then charged up their attacks and shot at me. I responded my summoning my malleable Geo shield to block the projectiles where they would've hit. Then the other male who didn't have any elemental powers or ranged weapons rushed in to attack me. Hmm, it seems he did not learn from his comrade's failure in attempting that same method.
With merely a thought from myself, I moved one of my Geo cubes to quickly intercept him. The result was my Geo cube connecting with his face, and sending him flying away from immediate view. I knew not whether he would survive, however I had a certain feeling that was going to be unlikely. Even on the chance that he does live, he will be severely injured. With him out of the picture, that leaves 4 more.
I command my 4 Geo cubes to plunge into the ground. Next, a big earthquake hits and knocks everyone off balance. As they fall, I use the Geo element to cave in the ground beneath 3 of them. They struggle with all their might to break free and get lose, the big one even resulted to use his Hydro powered machine on his back to get free. But alas, he too failed and soon met the same fate of the others, and then there was one.
As I approached the last remaining Fatui member, she trembled in fear. It's understandable. One meets an incredible force of power and strength only after their previous assumption that the force in question was weak got proven terribly wrong. She now regrets her choice to fight against me.
I then see her frantically looking back and forth, left and right for something, most-likely her magic lamp. I couldn't have her putting up another fight, so I used my Geo powers to restrain her wrists, arms, ankles, thighs, waist, and neck. I then proceed to cave in the ground as I did with the others, however this time, I was less swift about it. The female noticed this as well and hence, she started panicking even more than before.
"Please no! I don't wanna die! I'm sorry, I'm sorry ok?!" she screamed indignantly.
I only stared at her impassively. She continued with the begging and apologizing, hoping to appeal to me enough to let her live.
"Please, have mercy! I'll give you anything you want! Please let me go! I don't want to die!"
Anything I want, huh?
I stop the ground from caving in momentarily and this made her breath heavily out of fear. I walk up next her and created a chair using my Geo powers, then sat on it. While sitting I mentally thought to myself, 'Since when did I become adept at intimidation? Further research and testing is required, but that can be saved for another time. For now…'
"Well, my original plan was to simply make contact with humans so that I could fin a way to gain currency since I'm quite literally, broke. I know it's hard to believe because of my appearance, however I have no reason to lie to you."
The female looked at me incredulously. Well, I assume she did. I can't fully tell with the mask.
"But since you all were so unreasonable today, I also fail to see why I should be reasonable to you." at that, she started shaking again. "So tell me girl, exactly why should I have mercy on you?"
