As Adrianna walked into a tent with Wren, she couldn't help but feel Ryker's stare trained on her. She felt she was imagining it, because when she glanced his way, he had his eye on what looked like a map, stretched out.
"Wren have you gone mad?!" The man from earlier, wielding the double sided axe yelled, he charged towards them, his sights set on Adrianna. "Why the hell did you bring her inside-"
Adrianna stood in place, a challenging look in her eye, as he reached for her clothes, ready to drag her out of the planning tent.
However, a hand rested on his shoulder, stopping him. He looked over his shoulder at Ryker, who had a pissed expression drawn on his face.
"Ryker, why did you stop me? Don't tell me we're about to have this bitch listen in-" at the mention of the word, bitch, Ryker raised his hand from his shoulder to his neck, gripping it tightly.
Adrianna blinked twice, stunned that Ryker of all people had stepped in.
