Being a genius is a kind of sin in this world. I Lau Yiheng did my P.H.D in zoology(biology) from a college that is not very famous but what I have become an overworked office worker isn't just a job -it's a modern form of slavery. Every day I have to work for more than fifteen hours and serve the wealthy in the shabby-looking office and click on the keyboard. I have no life, no wife, no children. I have P.H.D but all I do is work and they expect me to do it all day.
I try to smile when I see someone but my body rebels against it. Sometimes, I wonder if anyone noticed the dark circle under my eyes. But when people see me, they simply look away as if I don't exist. Humans are despicable.
Not long ago, I thought of quitting, but the thought of my parents held me back. I'm trapped in this life, but not for much longer. Today, I'll quit.
With the resolve in his mind, Lau left the office and the building passing by his colleagues and security guards, he ignored their questioning gaze. He walked into the night, cold air biting his skin.
He suddenly remembered he'd left his glasses in the office. It didn't matter anyway now. As he crossed the road and reached his tiny apartment where he lived alone. He thought of ending his for the first time in his life. With this thought in mind, He reached the balcony and jumped from there thinking," Finally this world will have less burden to feed, and sorry my parents but thank you for giving me birth to this beautiful world but I cannot see its beauty".
But the feeling was short-lived.
And then, darkness.
Suddenly, He opens his eyes and thinks," I Die maybe It is just a short-lived dream".He closes his eyes again but again after some time he opens them and thinks this is not a dream. Suddenly, He felt a large memory coming to his mind he screamed in pain, Ahhh". What the hell is happening?
He saw a young couple holding a newborn child in their hand with the old man laughing at the back saying "This is my grandchild, Hahaha". He sees this journey in the memory of this person's body.
After some time, He finally calmed down and laughed looking like I was reborn again.
Thus, the new journey began.
