"No way, this is a keepsake from my grandpa. I can't give it to anyone," Goku insisted, refusing to part with the Dragon Ball.
No matter how Bulma tried to persuade him, Goku was determined not to give up the Dragon Ball.
At this moment, John walked up to Goku and asked, "Goku, are you a martial artist?"
"Martial artist? What's that?" Goku asked, puzzled by John's question.
John didn't waste any time and immediately demonstrated a set of moves from the second form of the Two-Fist Drunkard style, which is known for its powerful leg techniques.
John was an ordinary person before he crossed over to the Dragon Ball world, but his physical abilities had significantly improved. He performed the Two-Fist Drunkard style with great skill and power.
Goku, who had only ever seen martial arts from his grandfather, was amazed and excited. He eagerly asked, "John, you're so strong! Can we spar?"
John readily agreed, "Of course. Sparring with others is the best way to improve as a martial artist."
Hearing John's agreement, Goku jumped forward and took a fighting stance.
Goku had only ever practiced martial arts with his grandfather, so he was curious to see how he compared to other martial artists. He became serious, and the atmosphere became tense.
Goku made the first move, leaping forward and throwing a punch at John.
John took a step back and deflected Goku's punch, and the two began to fight.
The sound of their fists colliding filled the air as they exchanged blows.
The Two-Fist Drunkard style emphasizes simultaneous attacks with both fists, using powerful strikes with the hands and quick, precise kicks with the legs.
"Weakness!" After a short while, Goku revealed a gap in his defense.
John seized the opportunity and delivered a quick kick to Goku's supporting leg, causing him to lose his balance and fall. John followed up with a knee strike to Goku's abdomen and a double-fisted punch to his back, knocking him to the ground.
Bulma was surprised and worried, thinking that Goku was too young to be fighting so fiercely. In her opinion, John was already bullying him.
However, before Bulma could finish worrying, Goku got back up, dusted himself off, and showed no signs of injury. It seemed that John's attacks had only tickled him.
Goku smiled and said to John, "John, you're really strong. I need to get serious now."
Bulma realized why John had insisted on bringing Goku along. Despite the severe attacks he had received, Goku showed no signs of injury. This boy was truly extraordinary.
The two resumed their fighting stances, and Goku attacked again, but this time, he was even faster. He quickly reached John and was about to throw a punch.
However, Goku dodged to the side, moving out of John's line of sight. He then delivered a side kick, catching John off guard.
John immediately understood the situation and ducked, narrowly avoiding a gust of wind as Goku flew over his head.
The powerful wind even ruffled John's hair.
Goku landed and turned back to attack John, and the two resumed their fight. This time, however, the roles were reversed, with Goku on the offensive and John on the defensive.
Goku's relentless attacks eventually caught John off guard, and he struck John's abdomen with a feint, knocking him to the ground.
Goku didn't continue the attack but instead approached John with concern and asked, "John, are you okay?"
Bulma, seeing John in pain, rushed over and extended her hand to help him up, asking, "John, are you alright?"
John held his abdomen and waved his hand, indicating that he was fine. "Give me a moment to recover," he said.
After some time, John felt the pain gradually dissipate, and he stood up again.
John extended his hand to Goku and said, "Goku, let's go on an adventure together. With your talent, you shouldn't stay in this small village. You should explore the wider world and spar with more martial artists."
"Are they all as strong as you?" Goku asked curiously.
John smiled bitterly and said, "My strength is nothing compared to the many powerful martial artists out there."
"Really? Then I want to go with you and spar with those strong martial artists," Goku exclaimed enthusiastically.
After a delicious lunch, Goku tied the four-star Dragon Ball to his waist with a bag and joined John and Bulma in the car as they drove towards the location of the fourth Dragon Ball.
As the sun slowly set in the west, Goku, who was on his first trip away from home, stuck his head out of the car window, enjoying the breeze created by the moving car. He was filled with excitement.
Suddenly, Bulma slammed on the brakes and got out of the car, heading towards the bushes. "I need to use the bathroom. Don't peek!" she shouted.
John advised, "Be careful not to go too far. There might be danger."
Goku, curious, asked, "Bulma, what's going on? What are you doing?"
John explained in a low voice, "Because Bulma is a girl."
"Oh, so being a girl is quite troublesome," Goku said, leaving John speechless.
Just then, a giant winged dragon appeared from the depths of the forest, holding Bulma in its claws.
Bulma screamed, "John, Goku, save me!"
Goku, puzzled, asked, "Bulma, is that your friend?"
John immediately attacked the dragon and said to Goku, "This is not our friend. It wants to eat Bulma."
John dodged the dragon's tail attack and kicked it in the back, knocking it to the ground.
After a few exchanges, the dragon realized that it was holding a person in its claws, and it wasn't John's opponent. So, it tried to fly away, thinking that neither John nor Goku could fly.
The dragon flapped its wings and said to John and Goku, "Haha, you're strong, but unfortunately, I can fly. I'll come back to deal with you after I've eaten."
Bulma, in the dragon's claws, shouted, "John, Goku, save me! I don't want to become food for this ugly dragon!"
Seeing the dragon trying to fly away, John said to Goku, "Goku, use your Nyoi-bo to bring it down."
Goku immediately drew his Nyoi-bo and shouted, "Extend!" The staff instantly grew longer, and he held it with both hands, swinging it forcefully and striking the dragon's head.
