Chapter 3 - Seedling World

For Yanga, cultivation was something entirely new, and he quickly became absorbed in it. As he sank deeper into the state, he felt a connection unlike anything he had ever experienced before.

Yanga paid close attention to it, tracing the connection to its source. When he finally discovered it, he was amazed to find himself somewhere in the vast void, gazing at a small, seedling world.

The seedling world is the real force behind Boundless World Art, where the fruits of Yggdrasil are used to shape your own world, one that nurtures and supports your growth. The Boundless Saint Physique is a powerful form that requires immense effort, dedication, and time to cultivate.

The senior who developed this cultivation art noticed a flaw in the Boundless Saint Physique. To address it, he created a cultivation method where one builds a world to aid them on their cultivation path, and Yanga was now witnessing his own world for the very first time.

The world wasn't much to see, just a small sphere with a radius of 10 meters. It held immense potential and the promise to grow into a Boundless World, but for now, it was small. Still, its size wasn't what truly mattered the most important part of the seedling world was its gift, a single drop of milky white water floating gently at its center.

One drop of the most incredible thing in the cultivation world: Liquid Spirit QI. This rare treasure is highly sought after and possesses the power to stir great wars even for a single drop. Its potency is unmatched.

Yanga's cultivation session stretched on for hours as night gave way to dawn, ushering in a fresh new day. When he finally opened his eyes, the world seemed different, brighter.

Cultivation has many stages, but a person isn't truly a cultivator until they've established their foundation. To reach that point, they must first pass through two preliminary stages.

The first stage is the meridian opening stage that consists of twelve levels, followed by the spirit gathering stage, which also has twelve levels.

After completing the spirit gathering stage, one establishes their foundation and truly becomes a cultivator. In his first training session, Yanga thought he did exceptionally well and was convinced he was a genius.

In just one night, he managed to open three meridians. What he didn't realize, however, was that he had no real understanding of how cultivation worked or how quickly others progressed to him, opening three meridians in a single session felt like the work of a prodigy..

When morning arrived, Yanga stretched and stepped out of his room. He had noticed the garden when he first came yesterday but hadn't had the chance to explore it. So, the first thing he did was head straight there.

Not long after he began taking in all the unfamiliar sights, a young girl approached him. "Hello! I'm Christina Pina. Old Man Hancock sent me to show you around!" she said with a friendly smile as she came closer.

Yanga wasn't startled by her arrival, but by how young she seemed. Old Man Hancock had mentioned sending someone to show him around, yet he hadn't expected a girl so young.

Christina looked about 13, with long, flowing green hair and striking green eyes. Just from her presence, you could tell she was warm and kind, but there was something more to her. Every instinct Yanga had told him she was far stronger than he was, strong like Old Man Hancock.

Yet, unlike the old man, who felt like an ordinary person, this girl's presence was overwhelming, like standing beside a massive tree shielding him from the wind and rain and a tree that could, at any moment, topple and crush him.

"Hi! I am Yanga. Nice to meet you!" Yanga said. "So, what will you be showing me today?" he asked. The girl smiled, glanced at him, then turned and began walking out of the villa, with Yanga naturally following.

Their first stop was the main building, known as the Hunter's Cache. The structure served multiple purposes: part ministerial headquarters, part gathering place, and part marketplace where villagers bought and sold everything they needed a true one-stop hub for the community.

Christina took Yanga to meet an old man sitting in the administration area of the Hunters' cache. When they arrived, Christina pulled something out it seemed to appear out of thin air and handed it to the man, explaining that Old Man Hancock wanted Yanga registered as a resident of Mhlanga Village.

The older man then brought out a case and removed a piece of jade. It was a vibrant blue, roughly the size and thickness of a 7-inch cell phone. He instructed Yanga to drip some blood onto it. Yanga complied, and within a second the registration was complete

Yanga learned a lot today. Mhlanga Village sits beside the Infinite Basin and is known as a Hunter's Village because the people there live by hunting, and cultivators from far and wide come to and use the village as a stop to enter the Infinite Basin.

It's also one of the few safe spots in the area, where cultivators can rest, relax, and prepare before heading into the Basin.

The Infinite Basin is a strange place, almost like someone punched a massive hole in the earth. It's as large as a continent.

When Yanga asked Christina about its true size, she couldn't say for sure, only that it's incredibly huge. From what Christina shared, it's a fascinating place, full of both water and fire, with countless volcanoes and constant rainfall. Some even call it the Summer Forest.

Christina even encouraged Yanga to visit, saying it was a great place to gain wealth, gather materials, and cultivate. She mentioned that she goes there herself from time to time.

The village also acted as a defense against the beasts of the Infinite Basin. In this world, Wild beasts are animals that have started assimilating spiritual QI to refine their bodies.

Wild beasts are like cultivators who haven't yet reached the foundation stage; once they do, they transform into true spirit beasts.

By the end of the day, Yanga returned to his room, exhausted. The past two days had felt like a nightmare, not simply because he had nearly died, but because he'd been thrust into a new world where he must cultivate and reach the foundation stage in two years or forever remain insignificant.

Today made it clear that this world has strict rules, and without strength, one is nothing more than an ant. What weighed on him most was the sheer amount of information he still had to process: first, learning how to use and train in the Inheritance and begin cultivating. Second, understanding the world around him.

This world was so vast that Yanga could hardly comprehend its size. He met an old man named Hancock and asked him about the size of the Infinite Basin. From Hancock's hints, it seemed to be larger than all the land back on Earth. Just imagining how much bigger this world was also meant there was so much to learn.

Most importantly, while Yanga had been a decent fighter on Earth, good enough to win most of his battles, this new world came with new rules, and he would have to start over, learning how to fight from scratch.

Later, Yanga sat alone in his room, deep in thought. Six months. That was the time he gave himself to learn and practice as much as possible. Only after that would he truly step into the world, and that's when the real journey would begin.
