She walked through the fiery door, initially enveloped by darkness but suddenly surrounded by red flames that quickly changed its colour to blue and then to green and dispersed, as the last trace of the flames disappeared she noticed that it wasn't hot or lethal; it was more of a comforting one, warm and soothing to be exact. It revealed a completely white surrounding, a vast expanse of nothingness, devoid of any interpolations or anything at all, it was like darkness completely vague.

'Whoa, there is really nothing here huh?' she muttered to herself as she looked around and noticed nothing but a pin-drop silence and a vast expanse.

'Hello?!?!' she called, but was greeted back with echoes of her own voice, she immediately thought of something: why not activate her magic to see what would happen? It was more like a curiosity that needed satisfaction, her fingers glowed to a deep yellow as an orb materialised on her palm, she closed her eyes and began to mutter in explicable spells, it was a ritual used by the traditional magic users called the "ritual of solicitation" an ancient method used to find a power source and beckon on its power and being here meant being separated from the real world where power sources were rampant.

She tried to channel the powers of the rainbow and star goddess IRIS judging by they were in the stars; literally, but was met with nothing, she tried other sources, a skill individual to special users of Traditional magic, most traditional magic users could channel 5-7 at most but not the special ones, and Amara happened to be one of them, the special users also almost never need permission to collect power.

'What are you doing?' a thin, squeaky and agitating voice spoke. It was close to Amara's right ear.

'Finding a power source' she replied, not caring to check who or what it was, this place was weird anyways, she thought.

'Have you seen it?' it asked again, moving to Amara's other ear. It moved with a buzz too.

'No' she replied, mildly twitching.

*'We are in the Zodiac's abode, and what does that mean?' it asked, hovering back to my right ear, that was when the idea clicked, how did I not think of this before?, the zodiac palace insinuated 'twelve sources of power' I whispered, I immediately went after it, wriggling my fingers and closing my eyes for concentration and that was when I saw it a power, something that looked like a crest or logo, round and dark with the drawing of an arrow on it. I found it strange, I was expecting eleven more of this, but like I said this place was weird anyways so I didn't care, I reached for it and there it was a power with a different feeling, a unique breed of magic and that was saying a lot because I had already channelled power from about 30 other gods and deities prior to this summoning, I heard a spell, a spell that I quite didn't understand, this had only happened once before when I channel the power of an Hawaiian dance goddess for my presentation back in middle school, she was the most powerful person I had channelled till now.

'Yoksh dunat eldaba' she muttered, her fingers wriggling, she felt an instant shift. The scenery was changing, it was swiping and it was doing so quickly, going through many star concellations and with a blinding light, revealed a new location. It was a mountaintop, snowy and cold; a blizzard blowing, it was technically freezing and Amara was quickly enveloped in the cold, so much so that she couldn't move

*'look' the voice said again, I had really forgotten about it's level of annoyance in a short time, I decided to look anyways, it was frankly difficult for me to see anything at all, it was cold as hell but I saw it, within the scorching blizzard was a horse, white as the snow beneath it's feet, I saw a man standing, petting his back; he had a bow strapped around his bosom and wore a bag of uniquely designed arrows, I was able to see this because he was standing nearby, as I opened my mouth to introduce myself, I saw him stop the petting, unstrap his bow and load it with one of his uniquely made arrows that glinted in the snow.

'Try to duck this one' the voice said, and Amara looked for the first time to see who the voice belonged to, it was a beetle, the one similar to the one used for her summoning.

'What?' she replied, surprised at both phenomenon.

She heard the thin stretch sound of the bow and then a whip, the bow had been shot and it was heading towards her, she could feel the vibration on the floor, it came with a great force of wind, she immediately fell face flat on the floor, conquering the cold, and with a great gust of wind, it rushed past her sweeping her off a few yards away taking the blizzard and cold with it. She was now lying on a rocky ground, damp and soggy, the smell of swamp and grass filling the air. She could now see clearly; the man was blue in complexion and was very tall, as tall as the horse itself, the horse was now grazing on the grass, he wore an armor and a head piece that looked like the head of a horse.

'Amara obi' he said with a voice so deep that she corrected herself and stood up immediately.

'That's me...…..i am guessing you are Sagittarius, the arrow of the zodiacs?' she said, confidence and perseverance evident in her tone.

'You guessed right' he replied. 'I am Zephyr, also called Sagittarius' he added as he walked towards her, his Armor clinking with great power with each step.

'So why was I summoned, and where are the other Zodiacs?' she asked boldly

'The other Zodiacs are in their own realms within the castle, A zodiac and another Zodiac cannot exist in the same space for more than an hour, it will cause an imbalance in the cosmos' he said, he was now directly facing her and was one step away from getting within her personal space.

'Oh!' she muttered

'Your power…. Why do you think you are so... Powerful?' he asked, Amara gazed at her hands and sighed, she quite frankly didn't know.

'I don't have an idea….but my mom is powerful so I take it that it runs in the genes I guess...' she replied delivering a somewhat answer.

'Even as powerful as your mother is, she has limitations, you on the other hand are what we call a blessed one a being devoid of any magical limitations, second only to Mona Lisa in the history of magic' he said with a thunderous voice, Amara wore a look of confusion on her face, was she that powerful?..

'These are all in your potential, there is still a long way to go' he said as he backed away, a heavy wind began to flow as a storm formed above them, he held the horse and mounted it, a luminous deep blue glow enveloped them.

'This is your Verdict, grow in power. There is a darkness looming over the magic society, you need to stand in , to create history, you are a vital element to the victory of the witches' he said finally, she sucked her teeth releasing a hiss. He loaded the bow again and without giving her time to catch her thoughts shot her with a great thud. She felt a sharp hotness on her face and instant darkness… she blacked out.
