Synopsis
I am not a warrior. I am not a heroine. I am the one who draws where they fell. When everyone rushes into battle, I draw the borders. When one shouts "forward!" and another "hold the shield!" - I mark where the ground crunches differently. I am a cartographer. A recorder. An eyewitness. A witness. Not a participant. Why? Because when someone writes "victory", I want to know how many corpses lie behind that word. Because I wasn’t chosen. I chose. The guild didn’t accept me right away. "Said some girl with a map, who needs you if you can’t shoot, stab, or heal?" But then my route saved a squad. Then my drawing led them out of a trap. Then it turned out that a map marking every bush and corpse, is more needed than a pompous swordsman. I won’t become a legend. But I know where she made a mistake. And that’s enough for me.

Chapter 1 - Prologue

"Entry № *****. Untitled."Day…? Let's call it the First.Weather's brisk. A light frost, crisp moss under boots, the smell of wind. The sun's trying to break through the clouds, but it's having a bad day. We have that in common.Found an abandoned watch hut near the northern trail. Roof leaks, stove hisses, but the walls are standing. I'll live here for now.

Supplies:✓ Weep-root - 3 pieces✓ Flatbread - 1.5 (the other half got eaten by a magpie; I smacked it on the head with the loaf for that)✓ Ink - running low

Could've gone to the village. Said hello. Asked for salt or coal. I won't. They'll start asking again, where I'm from. Why I'm alone. Why I look so… grim.I'm not grim. Just have a face like a castle guard in the cold. I tried smiling, it got worse.
