Chapter 37 - The hunter has been the prey from the beginning.

Sylvia wiped her tears before leaving the bathroom. But this time, she had a clear goal. She would no longer remain passive — she would start attacking. If Helen was in love with Kim, then she would make her experience the same painful story.

Because of her turbulent emotions, she didn't think at all about what might happen next.

The sound of her footsteps echoed louder and louder through the school halls as she headed toward the dormitory — more specifically, the student dorms.

It was simple. All she had to do was repeat what happened in the bathroom. There was no need to add anything new, especially since she didn't intend to wait any longer. A very simple plan, particularly since she believed she had already seduced Kim Hyul.

She had no idea what was awaiting her. Her hand trembled as she grabbed the watch and began dialing.

"Drrn... Drrn..." The watch kept ringing until Kim finally answered.

"What do you want, Sylvia?" Kim asked in confusion.

Sylvia didn't know what to say, but she decided it was best not to raise any suspicion. "Do you have time for a walk?"

"Hmm... I think I have some time. But where can we meet?" Kim asked in a calm voice.

Sylvia felt joy bubbling up inside her — she had completed half the plan. Now, only the second half remained.

She grabbed a piece of paper and a pen and wrote a very short message — one she intended to send to Helen.

"Shadow." Sylvia called for her pet as she tied the note to the collar around its neck.

"Meow..." The cat meowed softly before disappearing into the shadows.

A wide smile appeared on Sylvia's lips. She couldn't wait to see Helen's expression — she longed to see her tear-streaked face.

Now she had to eliminate anything that could ruin her plan — especially Liam. When she thought of Liam now, she felt nothing. He hadn't just betrayed her — he had deceived her all along.

"Hehe... I promise you'll regret this, Liam," Sylvia muttered sarcastically as she held a shining black sword in her hand.

"Do you have some time?"

When I heard Sylvia say that, I felt a deep joy inside me.

Despite a few changes, the story was unfolding just right. Now I just had to play my role well.

I knew everything that happened in the bathroom — because I was the one who told Helen that Sylvia was there. But I wasn't stupid enough to go in my real appearance, so I bought a body-switch ticket.

It cost 2,000 store points, but I didn't regret it — especially since it was essential for my future with the heroines.

"If I don't seize this chance, I might lose it forever," I said firmly.

I grabbed the coat and scarf by the door, then stepped outside.

I saw Sylvia holding a black sword and laughing to herself.

I ran toward her, waving my hand. But as soon as she noticed me, she quickly hid the sword behind her back, then looked at me nervously and smiled.

"How about we take a little walk around the academy?" Sylvia said with an awkward tone, but I already knew exactly what she wanted — especially with a revenge-obsessed heroine like Sylvia.

"Yes, let's go." I wrapped my arm around hers and replied with a soft smile.

I can't wait to make you mine, Sylvia.
