Sokka then found a weapon of the water tribe.
"Hey guys, look what I found! That's a real weapon of our tribe!" Sokka said "come on help me seach mabye father and the rest are somewhere here"
They then began searching in the forest and Sokka eventually found a broken arrow and traced the signs of fighting back to the beach.
"Water tribe warriors ambushed soliders of the fire nation here, they defended themselves and went down here" Sokka said comming to a halt at the beach.
"Hey, look over there" Katara said pointing to a small boat of the southern water tribe.
"Is that father's ship?" Katara asked.
"No but it is one of their fleet" Sokka said "let's camp here for tonight and see if someone comes to the boat"
Akira quickly made a fire with wood from the forest and his firebending and grilled a few fished he catched in the sea with waterbending.
They then slept with Akira snuggling with the enlarged form of Noir who is almost half as big as Appa now.
In the middle of the night Bato appeared and took them with him to the abbey introducing them to the nuns.
Bato then took them to his house that looked like the inside of a tent and gave them meat soup that Akira wolfed down hungrily.
But he then started to get bored together with Aang and went outside to practice his waterbending.
Soon later Aang stormed out of the house and went down to the beach.
Akira just ignored him and continued his waterbeding practice.
He could now form small blocks of ice and control it.
'Heh, I'll leave Katara and Aang to eat dust with my bending' he thought and continued to create ice spikes.
Soon later Aang came back and one could immediately tell that he was trying to hide something with his suspicious behaviour.
Akira just ignored it and went to sleep next to Noir.
The next morning he was invited to join in on Sokkas ice dodging but he passed not very interested in this and continued to practice his waterbending because he didn't really have anything else to do.
After they were finished Aang admitted that he had hid the map that showed the way to Sokkas and Kataras father out of fear they would leave him.
In the end they left him together with Akira...hey don't blame him. Who would choose a little bald kid with a blue arrow on his head over a hot chick with magic powers?
Right so after he went with them Sokka and Katara decided to turn back and help Aang even if that meant to not see their father.
That was when a tattoed black haired girl riding this weird tracking beast together with Iroh and Zuko.
"Oh hi dad, wanted to see me?" Akira joked and winked them.
"Shut it, where is he, where is the avatar?" Zuko said.
"No idea, we split up earlier" Akira said.
"Let him sniff on something that the Avatar wore before" the woman said and the beast soon dashed of to the abbey.
They rode back to the abbey on the back of Noir and saw how Aang was running from Zuko.
"I said fuck off the first time do you even dream about defeating me?" Akira snarled and kicked Zuko in the side sending him crashing into the wall.
"Thanks buddy" Aang said.
"No problem" Akira said as he doged the poisonous tongue of the weird nose beast and delivered a roundhouse kick to the head of the beast knocking it out.
"Come on, let's get out of here" Akira said and they all ran and mounted Appa.
"Appa, yip yip" Aang said and they began to fly away from the abbey.
"So where to next?" Sokka asked.
"To the northpole what else? We need to hurry up!" Akira said.
"Aw come on don't be such a spoilsport" Aang said "what about a little fun? We could go to a small city in the fire nation to look at professional firebending because Akira doesn't want to teach me..."
"What, are you crazy?" Sokka asked them.
"No, this could work I mean we need to disguise ourselves but then It should be alright no?" Katara said and Akira just gave up.
"Whatever, do whatever you want" Akira said and waves them off.
"Alright then to the fire nation and look for a better firebending teacher!" Aang said and Appa changed courses.
Akira just dozed off mid flight for a nap.
When he woke up they were already in fire nation territory.
Appa landed to rest and as if he didn't already enough trouble Aang showed them the poster with the festival advertisement along with the wanted posters of Jeong Jeong, the blue ghost and Akira himself.
But it was old and he looked very differently now especially with this cool white hair.
So he just changes his clothes into black civilian clothes of the fire nation and followed them.
Akira bought a few masks for the festival and gave it to them qnd they thwn explored the festival.
It was really funny when Sokka ate the spicy food from the street vendor.
They passed by a theatre for little kids with the fire lord basically just burning all his enemies to death and they then arrived at the firebending performance in the centre of the square where a flock of people had gathered to watch the jongleur.
Akira had to admit that the man had really good control but not a tiny amount of power.
Those little low powered balls of fire were useless in real combat.
Then Katara was choosen as the jongleurs assistant and Aang messed up, showing his airbending to "save" Katara.
"Hey isn't that the Avatar?" someone in the audiance shouted and soliders stormed at them to the stage.
Akira sighed and went up the stang to Aang and Katara with Sokka.
"Hey come here I can bring you out of here" Someone said behind them and seeing no other option they decided to follow the odd looking man.
Then they basically just ran away from the soliders and ended up in a dead end with the stranger before Appa came to their rescue blasting the soliders out of the alley using airbending.
They then escaped lighting the firework on fire.
"Nice touch stetting off the fireworks" Aang said.
"Yeah, you seem to know a lot about explosives" Sokka said.
"I'm familiar" he said.
"Oh you're a solider of the fire nation" Sokka said.
"I was, my name is Chey" he said and they landed back at their campsite where Chey told them about the legendairy deserter Jeong Jeong.
"I serve a man,a myth, a living ledgend. Jeong Jeong the deserter. He was the first who deserted and got away with it. He was a general...or was it admiral?" Chey asked himself.
"Yeah we get it he had a high military rank" Sokla said.
"Yeah, somewhere up there but he couldn't take this madness anymore and deserted" Chey told them "Jeong Jeong is a true firebending genius. Some say he is mad but he's not, he is enlightened"
"That means that there is a firebender out there who doesn't serve the fire lord and is willing to teach me firebending?"Aang said with a side glance to Akira.
"Yeah fuck you too airhead" Akira just snorted and went back to carve something into a piece of wood out of boredom.
"Akira is right, we won't look for a mad firebender" Sokka said.
"No no, he isn't mad, he is a true genius!" Chey insisted "and he is the perfect teacher for the Avatar, that's why I followed you to the festival"
"Look, thanks for the help but we're leaving for the north pole in the morning" Sokka said.
"No, let Aang try it" Akira said and looked at him suprising even Aang "he won't listen so he needs a real lesson from someone like Jeon Jeong"
"Right Sokka, it can't hurt to talk to him" Katara said.
"You already said that about the festival, why doesn't anyone ever listen to me" Sokka said and turned around only to have a spear pointed at his face.
Immediately they were surrounded by weird plant warriors with straw hats.
They were then taken away to the camp of Jeong Jeong and Chey was told to meet Jeong Jeong.
"Is he here? I need to talk to him right now!" Aang said butwas stopped by the guard.
"Oh no, Jeong Jeong only wants to see Chey" he said and pushed Chey forward.
"Don't worry, everything will be fine...he is a great man, a great man" Chey mumbled and walked down to the hut of Jeong Jeong.
AN: alright,I know this is fast paced but I want to get this done with as fast as possible because it is really boring.
