Jaxon chuckled at Orion's words, "And you call me the drama queen." He rolled his eyes as he muttered under his breath.
"Did you say something?" Orion inquired.
"No. Now, what were you saying about killing your cousin, what did the poor man do to you Orion?" Jaxon knew Thompson to be a calm man, jokes when he wants to, but uncharacteristically supportive when it comes to Orion's success. Of all of Orion's family, Thompson was by far Jaxon's favorite.
Orion relayed what Calista had told him to Jaxon and the other man couldn't control his laughter. Orion wished they were together so he could strangle the man.
"This isn't funny, Jaxon. I'm furious." But, Jaxon kept on laughing. "I'm going to set Martha on you." This calm Jaxon immediately.
Martha was their favorite janitor that is insistent on matching Jaxon with her daughter, but Jaxon had always evaded the woman like a plague. So, the threat was point on.
