Calista's fingers hovered over the keyboard, her heart racing as she read the modeling agency's reply. The screen illuminated her face in the dimly lit room. "Tomorrow at 10 AM," she whispered, a smile spreading across her lips. Finally, a chance at a real career. Something to call her own.
"No one can mess this up for me, I'll ensure it." She vowed to herself.
She closed her laptop and flipped onto her bed, mind swirling with possibilities. What would she wear? How would she do makeup? Does she need to do makeup at all? Sleep came with many thoughts on her mind.
The next morning, Calista's alarm blared at an ungodly hour. She groaned, then remembered why she had set it so early. Excitement boomed in her heart as she leapt out of bed.
After trying half of her clothes, she settled on a chic blouse and pencil skirt combo. Professional, but enough to tell she has her own personal style. She headed downstairs, feeling the need for coffee to calm her nerves.
