He leaned closer to Shen Yi and whispered, "Don't panic."
Shen Yi gave him a side glance, frowning a little bit.
Jiang Qi paused his thoughts realizing how strange that sounded, then chuckled and muttered under his breath, "Oh, right… I forgot who you are."
But in a flash, his light expression vanished as he raised his eyes to the armed men ahead. His body tensed while Shen Yi narrowed his gaze, calmly observing their surroundings with sharp focus.
"We're not sure if they're here for me or you," Shen Yi whispered, keeping his voice low. "Since they haven't killed us yet, it means they want to capture one of us alive."
