Chapter 3 - Chapter 3: The Ordinary Group Leader – Just Call Me a Transmigrator

None of these people were what you'd call "easy to get along with."

Take Madara Uchiha, for example—apart from Hashirama Senju, he hardly acknowledged anyone in the ninja world.

Whitebeard might have looked gentle on the surface, but that was just appearances.

He was, after all, one of the Four Emperors—his Conqueror's Haki was second to none. Nobody would ever call him approachable. Unless, of course, you happened to be his son.

As for Kurumi Tokisaki, there wasn't even a need to explain—her yandere, manipulative personality paired with that enchanting appearance made her both alluring and terrifying.

But reality was never as simple as anime.

She killed ten thousand to mend a regret—most were villains, sure, but some were innocent people.

Wanting to change fate for herself and her friends was one thing, but doing it by taking lives was something else.

Though all three were notorious figures, Roxie Vale had managed to get along with them reasonably well, using her knowledge of their backgrounds—and even of events yet to come.

She'd even been gifted a pair of two-tomoe Sharingan eyes by Lord Madara himself.

Of course, since the chat group's exchange system wasn't open yet, and she didn't have Uchiha blood, she couldn't use the eyes anyway. So, they just sat in her inventory for now.

The second batch of members only included "Cook Daigu Into Soup."

Tiga was her childhood favorite—she recognized him at a glance.

Daigu had only been in the group for three days, and already a new member was joining.

Roxie rubbed her temples, hoping for more members. If they could get ten, more features in the chat group would unlock.

That's Just How It Is, Meow: "What is this thing? Why is it in my head, meow?"

Golden Flash: "Information directly in my mind? What's going on?"

Golden Flash: "Our world isn't the only one? There are countless other worlds, some even stronger than ours, and this chat group can link them all?"

Golden Flash: "It doesn't seem to be an illusion…"

Minato Namikaze frowned, considering the possibility of genjutsu, but even the Uchiha couldn't create something this sophisticated.

His strength wasn't insignificant—trapping him in an illusion was no small feat. And besides, who in the ninja world would have such a wild imagination to invent a genjutsu like this?

That's Just How It Is, Meow: "Only I can see this. Jessie and James can't, meow."

In the Pokémon world, Meowth checked—under Jessie and James's worried stares—they really couldn't see it.

Still…

"Meowth's not stupid! You two idiots, don't mess with my head!"

Frantic swatting noises.

As Jessie and James ruffled Meowth's head, a throbbing vein popped on his forehead. Finally, he'd had enough and left scratch marks on both their faces.

With a cold snort, he wanted to tell them about the chat group, but whenever he tried, he found himself unable to speak of it.

The same was true for Minato Namikaze.

Ordinary Group Leader: "Meowth? Minato Namikaze?"

That's Just How It Is, Meow: "You know me, meow?"

Golden Flash: "You are…?"

Ordinary Group Leader: "No need to be so formal. I'm just an ordinary group leader. I've uploaded some information about your worlds if you're curious."

Ordinary Group Leader: "Just a heads up, I only uploaded part of it. I know a fair bit about your stories, but I don't remember every detail."

Roxie finished uploading memory snapshots of the two.

She'd watched a lot of anime, but rarely from start to finish.

After all, school was always the priority—there was only so much time for anime. With new shows every year, she naturally missed a lot.

If she hadn't transmigrated, she could've caught up online. But now, in a high-fantasy world, the original anime just didn't exist.

So—no way to rewatch, really.

Cook Daigu Into Soup: "I just realized—the chat group doesn't seem to have info on Dance King. Did you forget, group leader?"

Daigu suddenly thought of this, asking curiously in the group chat.

The Worst Spirit: shrug.jpg

The Worst Spirit: "It's not that the group leader forgot—Madara Uchiha just refused to let her upload his info."

Uchiha Dance King: "That kind of thing isn't worth worrying about."

Uchiha Dance King: "The future of the ninja world will be shaped by my hand."

Ordinary Group Leader: "There's plenty of time, but honestly, you should probably ask me for the info—just saying, haha."

Golden Flash: "Ninja world? Wait, Uchiha…?"

Golden Flash: "Judging by the Worst Spirit's… are you Madara Uchiha?!"

Minato Namikaze was shocked—he'd never expected the legendary Madara, founder of the Uchiha clan, to be in the chat group.

But… wasn't he supposed to be dead?

Golden Flash: "But didn't you…?"

Come Be My Son: "Gurararara! According to the group leader, Madara Uchiha is indeed dead."

Come Be My Son: "But who says the dead can't join the chat group?"

Come Be My Son: "This group's power is beyond our understanding."

Uchiha Dance King: "Hmph. I'll revive from the underworld sooner or later."

Uchiha Dance King: "When that day comes…"

Minato's expression changed slightly as he read Madara's words—a hidden implication lurking between the lines.

Maybe Madara's death wasn't so simple.

Before he could ask more, though, the group leader began questioning another new member who hadn't spoken up yet.

Ordinary Group Leader: "@Child of Nature, newbie, come say hi!"

Ordinary Group Leader: "Everyone in the chat group is nice, you know!"

Child of Nature: "…You sure about that?"

Brandon White couldn't help but smirk at the group leader's words. Other than Daigu, the batch of "newbies" that joined with him were a conqueror, a shura, and a yandere.

How could any of those be called "nice people"?

Ordinary Group Leader: "Ahem. Well, at least, in the chat group they are."

Ordinary Group Leader: "Huh, you seem a little different."

Roxie scratched her head, a bit embarrassed by the newcomer's doubts. She was about to reply when a thought struck her.

Ordinary Group Leader: "Wait… how do you know? Hold on—you're…?"

Child of Nature: "I'm from Earth. You can just call me a transmigrator."

Child of Nature: "Nice to meet you, fellow traveler."

Brandon didn't hide his identity. He could tell from the conversation so far that this group leader wasn't trying to act all-knowing and mysterious.

She hadn't demanded any price for uploading information about members and was generally very approachable.

A rare, straightforward group leader.

More importantly, he'd already asked the chat group and found out the leader didn't even have the power to kick members.

Honestly, out of all the group leaders he'd ever heard of, she was probably the most "ordinary" one yet.
