Chapter 18 - Chapter 3 The Guild Is Born

The morning sun filtered softly through the leaves as Hassan stood before a gathering of humans, spirits, and magical creatures alike. Around him were those who had braved the Rift and those who had long called this land home. Their faces showed a mix of hope, curiosity, and determination.

"For too long," Hassan began, "we have worked separately — humans on one side, spirits on the other. But the Rift has brought us together. We face challenges that no one group can meet alone."

Murmurs of agreement spread through the crowd.

"It is time," Hassan continued, "to form a Guild. A community bound by rules, trust, and shared responsibility. Together, we will protect the land, grow our crops, and face any threat — from within or beyond the Rift."

Hassan unveiled a parchment listing the Guild's founding rules:

Respect between humans and spirits is mandatory.

All farming tools and magic are to be shared for the good of all.

Disputes will be settled by a council of representatives from every group.

Every member must contribute to the protection and cultivation of the Rift land.

As the sun rose higher, Hassan called for volunteers to join the council. Spirits with knowledge of magic, human farmers skilled in the soil, and even a few adventurous children stepped forward.

The Guild was born not just as an organization but as a symbol of unity — a bridge across worlds.

That day, a new chapter began. The Rift was no longer just a boundary but a shared home — one that would grow stronger with cooperation.

Hassan felt a surge of pride and hope. The road ahead was uncertain, but for the first time, they would face it together.
