[MC POV]
I opened my eyes and found myself standing in some kind of forest in a valley .
'' Damn that's a big ass tree ." I said noticing a giant tree standing alone in this forest.

With nothing else to do , I just started walking towards the tree . After walking for a few minutes , as I got closed I realised there was something right beside the tree.
When I looked closely , I realised it was someone sitting on some kind of fancy coffee table.
"That's weird" I said and started walking towards the man . As I started getting closer I saw he was wearing a white suit and when I got more closer I realised he to my shock didn't look like Morgan Freeman.
"My disappointment is immeasurable and my day is ruined.'' I murmured to myself , quoting a meme that just came to my mind.
"I'm sorry to disappoint you young man but you will have to make do with me . Come have a seat , we have something to talk " he said.
I just sat down without replying to him.He started pouring me tea while I was studying him. He was an old Japanese man.
"Who are you." , I asked
" I am Yahweh.", he replied
"The biblical god ? " , I asked ." Yes ", the reply came in an instant .
I asked , "Why are you japanese ? " . He replied, " Why not ? " . " Touche " , I said.
"Is this heaven ?" I asked after a few seconds of staring at him
"No , not at all . Though I can understand how you would think that , since this place was designed according to your preference.
You always liked taking walks through forests.", he replied.
" If it's not heaven , then is this some kind of Isekai situation ? "I asked , feeling at bit excited at the prospect of reincarnation.
"You are correct to assume that ." , he replied .
As I was about to jump in excitement , he interrupted me saying , " Hold your horses and let me explain how this is going down , then you can celebrate . "
" I will explain this to you step by step and then you can ask questions, okay ? " , he asked . I replied , " Yes ." .
" Firstly , you were chosen randomly and not because you were some saint who has done so many good deeds that we had you give you a chance at another life ." , he said .
Then he paused for a few seconds and asked me , " Do you understand ? " . " Right there with you . " , my reply came .
" Even though you got lucky , there were some prerequisites that had to be fulfilled like not being a genocidal maniac for winning the lottery .
As for the purpose of your reincarnation , you task will be to prevent the destruction of worlds like you saw with Infinity Ultron in the What If series .
Since we want you to deal with problems like that then of course we will give you some cheats as you like to say it .
Now you can ask questions . " , he said.
I asked him , " Can I choose my cheat ? " .
" No , you may not . You got here because you won the cosmic lottery and the abilities you get will also be decided by lottery . Though there won't be any useless cheats but you might get just a normal ability like accelerated thought speed which is not useless but you can't defeat cosmic threats with this . " , he replied .
I asked , " What if I get reincarnated in a world right when it's about to be destroyed or I get reincarnated in an extremely difficult world like tensura . I know I am not rimuru and will not be able to reach that much power level in a few years and will be doomed if I was reincarnated in one of the failed timelines where rimuru dies . "
" You don't need to worry about that . If the world you get is extremely difficult then will will reincarnate you into a starter world as we call it , which is relatively safer and will allow you to grow up in a relatively safer environment . " , he replied .
I asked , " I see and what did you mean when you said we want you to deal with problems like that ? Who is we in this situation ? " .
" We includes me and few other omnipotent beings like the Presence , Veldanava , Arcues , etc . Do you have any other questions ? " , he replied .
"No", I quickly replied.
" Then let me explain how the cheats you will be getting decided . It will follow the principle of 3-3-3-3-3-1 .
3 Races/Bloodlines like the d clan or saiyans
3 Character Templates
3 Items , if you are lucky you could get Omnitrix or something of equal power
3 Abilities like weather manipulation or speed force
3 Companions like a dragon or a robot , etc
1 System , could be as simple as just a status panel to as strong as the gamer system and it will all be decided by a lottery. "

" Isn't that a little too op ? " , I asked hesitantly , silently hoping he won't change his mind after realising how strong the cheats are .
He replied instantly , " No , they aren't too strong because you are not guaranteed to get something good . Maybe the best reward you get is continental level at most then how can deal with universal or multiversal threats in the future and even if you get an super strong draw like causality manipulation ,it may take you maybe centuries or even millenias to reach solar system level if you don't get an ability that will allow you to grow faster and even then it may take you decades . So even though there are lots of abilities that you will be getting , not all of them will be super strong and even those will take time and training to become strong . Do you understand now , why you get so many abilities ? "
" Yes " , I replied . He seemed happy seeing that I understood his point and then snapped his fingers . It materialised a giant lottery wheel right beside me .
" The let's start the process . We will first determine the world that you are going to . Pull the lever whenever you are ready " , he said .
I nodded at him and pulled the lever without wasting anytime . As the wheel kept spinning I started praying to the guy sitting right beside me , hoping that wheel will not land at a dangerous world like warhammer .
Unfortunately my prayers were unfounded as wheel finally landed on

" Huh " , I said .

It's my first time writing and I hope everyone will cut me some slack .
The reason I started writing is because I was bored and had this idea for about a week and just decided why not .
The lottery draws are already decided and will not be changed , though I might decide to do some polls in the future regarding the MC's pokemon or some other things if I get decent response otherwise what's the point of doing a poll if no one is there to vote .
Well I've done ranting so I'm out .
