Chapter 36 - I'll Take You Right Now.

Ivan groaned, his voice rough with frustration. "Against your will?! You think this is some kind of game, don't you? You were the one who said we should go ahead with this, and now you're trying to twist things, playing tricks with me? What exactly are you trying to do?!" His words tumbled out in pieces, too scattered to sound like the sharp accusations he wanted them to be.

The weight of Axel's last statement lingered between them, and it left him rattled, unable to disguise how much it pierced through him.

He looked like he wanted to toss away the warning Axel had given him and just close the gap and teach Axel a lesson. Teach him once and for all who he was messing with.

His gaze burned down on him, the sight of Axel's trembling body slicing into his self-control like a blade.

He could practically hear Axel's body begging, whispering silently for him to take it, to claim it. Every shiver spoke louder than words, louder than reason.
