"It okay, you can do this, push...,' the midwife told Catherine, the Luna of the Red moon pack was struggling to give birth to her baby.
"Aahhh....," she screamed, using all her strength to push, clutching the sheet of the bed tightly. After hours of struggling to give birth, a baby's cry was heard, the midwife cut the umbilical cord that connected the infant with the mother and then check the gender of the baby.
"It's a girl," the midwife announced washing the blood out of the baby and wrapped her with a soft, cozy blanket before giving her to the father, Alpha Gaius who held her with so much love.
The Alpha suddenly noticed a moon mark on the infant shoulder, he inspected the Moon mark with curiosity.
"What could a moon mark be doing on our infant," he said out loud, bringing the baby closer for his curious wife to see.
"Whatever it means, I'm sure it is a blessing from the Moon goddess," she assured her husband, she didn't want him having the ideas that their child is cursed or is something strange.
"You're right, the baby and the mark is a blessing from the moon goddess," he agreed and leaned forward to give her a comforting kiss on the forehead, refusing to talk more on the matter after sensing his wife's worries.
"What name are you going to give her," Catherine questioned, as a smile finally returned on her face.
"Romilda, because she will be a strong beautiful maiden, just like her mom," Alpha Gaius praised, his lips curled into a smile after seeing the way she rolled her eyes.
"Just like both of us, she's a pure symbol of our love," she urged, giving him a peck and leaned her head on his shoulder, so as to admire her baby closely.
He talked to his wife for a few more hours before urging her to have a rest, he layed the baby beside her and then left to join Beta Darius and the other pack members who were preparing the baby's welcoming party.
"Congratulations to the new father in town," Gamma Ambrose cheered, giving him a warm brotherly hug that came with a nice pat.
"Welcome to the club," Beta Darius said, leaning forward to hug him as well, he was already a father to two kids.
"How is the preparation going," Alpha Gaius inquired, being a new father he had less knowledge on how this things were planned which is why he asked Beta Darius for help.
"There's nothing to worry about, I've got the venue and entertainment all covered up, I've also invited the priestess for the baby's fate revealment," Beta Darius assured him.
During fate revealment, the priestess will check the baby's future to see if the baby have a good or a bad fate, it was a thing done in all werewolf clans.
"Thanks man, you're a life saver," Alpha Gaius praised him, hugging him one last time before turning to tease Ambrose.
"I guess you're all alone now,"
"Luckily, I'll find my mate soon or else I really am alone," Ambrose whimpered, keeping a sad expression which made Gaius regret teasing him.
"Don't worry, I'm sure you're gonna find her one day," Alpha Gaius assured him patting him on the shoulder before they began to talk about other things.

The next day in the noon time the party was held, people from the pack and within came to celebrate the baby's arrival, the atmosphere of the party was chill and thrilling, everyone was having a whale of time, the was a lots of foods and drinks for everyone and a lot of gift was given to the baby.
Alpha Gaius was surrounded by a lot of people who were congratulating him and most of them gave out their blessings to the baby.
Alpha Gaius suddenly noticed his wife who was just joining the party, she was holding her baby and was walking beside Brenda who was Darius wife.
She wore a long red strapless silky dress that was accompanied with a thick red fur to protect her from cold, her golden brown hair was tied into a knot bun, her baby's blanket also had the same shade of red, she and Brenda hugged each other before going to meet their husbands.
"Hello beautiful, your looking lovely than ever," he admired his wife and then gave her a peck, causing Luna Catherine cheeks to turned red from blushing.
"Hey there another beautiful," he said to the baby who was smiling at him.
"I got you a little present," he brought out a little black box from his pocket and open it to reveal the baby's golden initial necklace that he made.
"Wow, it's beautiful to bad she can't wear it now,"
"We can always keep it for later," Alpha Gaius said, placing it back into his pocket before they both went to greet a few people.
It was time for the baby's fate revealment, the parents and the crowd were anticipated to hear what the priestess has to say,
She was a woman in her eighties with a warm welcoming smiling, she supported herself with a wooden stick that was taller than her and stood in the middle of the crowd facing the baby's parents.
"Bring the baby to me," she instructed, stretching her hands to receive the baby from the mother, her eyes suddenly changed color and she began to see visions of the baby's future.
"This child have been blessed by the Moon Goddess to be the Heiress of all three mystics, but such responsibility comes with great pressure and danger, she will face a lot of attack, ones that will lead her to make critical decisions, they will be coming for her but no matter what don't let them get her," both parent was on a bundle of nerves after hearing the priestess prophecy.
"High priestess, can we know who we are protecting her from?" Gaius questioned inquisitively, his furrowed eyebrows brought a worried line on his face and his tensed jaws brought a slight frown on his face, the priestess told them nothing but rather gave a smile you will know very soon, she gave the baby back to the frightened parents and left the party, the party was no longer lively after her departure.

Matei was delightful when one of the spies requested to talk to him, he strode happily into the room to meet the spy who was already on his knees with his head bowed waiting patiently for King Matei to instruct him to spill out the goodnews.
"I hope there is good news to tell from what you are about to say," he didn't want his hope to be shattered from any unexpected twist.
"Yes my lord," the spy assured him, which lifted up his mood again.
"Then spill it out and stop wasting time,"
"My lord, the Luna of a Werewolf pack named Red Moon, has given birth to the heiress," the spy announced with an assured tone.
"And how certain are your information," Matei questioned, he wanted it to be a once and for all attack.
"Their priestess reveal it to them during their fate revealment," the spy added to proved the certainty of his information.
"Good, inform the armies to prepare, we are going the pay those red moon dogs a visit," he ordered, with an evil smirk plastered on his face.
