Allens decisively activated the draw, eyes shining with anticipation.

The mechanical announcement made Allens grin widely, his smile quickly transforming into a manic laugh, full of uncontainable excitement.

As Allens reveled in his new power, far away in Kuna Province, Afghanistan, a fiery red portal opened midair. Ten heavily armed black soldiers stepped through. Behind them, wearing the red, white, and blue Stars-and-Stripes uniform and holding his iconic Vibranium shield, stood an older yet still resolute Captain America, Steve Rogers.
"King, thanks to Kamar-Taj for covering the shot."
Captain Rogers exited the portal, glancing toward the opposite portal. Inside it, a quaint library held a somewhat overweight Asian man in a monk's robe, who nodded calmly.
"According to the instruments, this is where Allens crossed."
Rogers held a uniquely shaped device in his hands. A circular map updated in real time, with a red dot at the center—tracking the Quantum Battle Suit. Stark had designed the tracker in 2023 to monitor the suit's location, though it could not traverse time.
"Captain Rogers, what's next?"
The ten black-clad men, all expressionless, spoke in unison, their voices flat.
"Surround the jihadist stronghold. Allens will be shocked."
Decades of experience had prepared Rogers for this moment, even enlisting the aid of Kamar-Taj's mystics.
"Action."
Captain Rogers raised his shield and approached the cave. Behind him, ten soldiers who resembled Nick Fury followed silently, equipped with tactical goggles, necklaces, and MT-38 assault rifles. They quickly encircled the cave.
Inside, Tony Stark was building the Arc Reactor with Dr. Ethan's help. His vest soaked in sweat, he worked tirelessly despite the cave's heat and humidity. Tony focused intently on assembling the steel components, unaware that a black spider silently watched him from a corner.
With the final 1.5 grams of palladium inserted, the circular device on the table glowed a brilliant blue. This was the first-generation Arc Reactor, constructed in just one day.
