Chapter 1 - Prorogue

It was a place where nothing existed.

Endless darkness stretched in every direction, a void without beginning or end. Yet, amidst that desolate emptiness, there was light. A figure stood tall, radiating brilliance so pure it cut through the eternal dark.

He was a god—anyone who saw him would know it instantly.

The space around him shone with his presence. His very aura was light, not the pale imitation of fire or stars, but something greater—sacred, divine, absolute. The void that had swallowed everything else could not swallow him. His light alone illuminated all.

Before him knelt another figure. Cloaked in black, shrouded in a heavy presence, he bowed with unshakable reverence. Unlike the god's radiance, his aura was deep and suffused with purple—a quiet storm of power, restrained yet undeniable.

The god's voice rang out, calm yet weighty, carrying both sorrow and finality.

"I know I'm being selfish. You've followed my every command without any question. And even after everything you've done for me, I'm placing yet another burden on your shoulders. I'm sorry… for being selfish. But you're the only one I can trust the most. So this time… it's not an order from your god. This time, it's a request. So please… Please look after my creations."

And with those words, the light began to fade.

The figure who stood as a god dissolved into the air, leaving only the afterglow of his radiance behind—fading quickly into the eternal void.

The one who remained lifted his head slightly. His eyes glimmered from within the darkness of his hood as his voice, low and solemn, finally broke the silence.

"Please don't worry, my god. I'll look after your creations. So please… rest in peace."

The void swallowed all once more.
