MRS WILLIAMS POV
"I've informed your mom, she said you can stay", I said and turned to look at my son. "Prepare the guess room for her, don't stay up too late together. You have school tomorrow", I said and he nodded and they left. Poor girl, her parents are always busy hmm.
ROMEO'S POV
We went to my room to work on the project work, after about an hour we both were sleepy. "Let's go, I'll take you to your room", I said helping her stand. "I want to sleep here", she said laying down on my bed. "Erm I don't think my mom would be happy about this, but it's okay. I'll go sleep in the guess room", I said turning to leave. She held my hand before I could get far, "sleep here with me, I don't want to be left alone", she said with her eyes closed. My body moved on it own, what the hell am I doing? I turned off the lights and she held my hands tightly. "Lights, I want the lights on please", she said trembling. I turned it on quickly and hugged her, "terrified of darkness huh?", I asked. She nodded and came closer to me. I hugged her and placed her head on my chest. "I'm here, you don't have to be afraid, go to sleep now", I said and kissed her forehead. I was about to sleep when the door opened, it was my mom. She looked so upset, I wanted to explain things to her but she left, guess I'd do that tomorrow.
I woke up the next day and Lucille wasn't in the room, I thought she had left to prepare for school. I was surprised when I saw her setting up the table for breakfast. "Good morning ladies", I said picking a sausage from the plate. "Good morning handsome", Lucille responded. "Let's eat now love birds, you're running late for school", my mom added hilariously. We laughed and sat to eat. My mom drove Lucille home after breakfast.
MRS WILLIAMS POV
"Do you like my son?", I asked breaking the silence. "Yes aunt, he's a nice person. You raised a gentleman aunt.", she responded. "Do you think he likes you back?", I asked and she looked outside the car. "I don't think aunt, I know. He's so nice to me.", she said then looked at me. I was silent through out the ride. I know my son, if he likes someone he would tell me but he hasn't said anything about Lucille.
ROMEO'S POV
I was already prepared for school when my mom came home. "We need to talk Romeo", she said angrily. "Yeah of course, what you saw yesterday doesn't mean anything. She was terrified by the darkness, I was just caring for her.", I said to her. "Fix this, don't play with her emotions, she told me she loves you ", my mom said and left.
