"Ugrr...."Maya let out a groan as she let herself fall to the bed, running her hands through her hair, she got up taking off her clothes before getting into the shower.
Kelly was super happy when Xavier asked her to help him with his history he wasn't doing so well, she had took her time to dress so beautiful with lots of perfume and a little makeup.
"Thanks a lot Kelly, It felt like I was going to fail history this semester but I guess that changed" Xavier said with a heart melting smile
"Sure, anytime" she said flustered
"Hey, I know it's getting pretty late and you should be heading back home but I need your help on something else" he stated, making her heart race even more
"Sure, what are friends for" Kelly said trying to sound natural
"I wan want to tell you a little secret, and I need your advice on it" he said, Kelly was so overwhelmed, he was really going to trust her with a secret of his, wow Kelly was really certain she had formed a little bond with Xavier.
"Sure, go on" she said, with a smile
"Um... Don't think it some other way, I Um..." he hesitated
"Oh come on Xavier, what's the matter I'm here for you" she assured reaching out to hold his hands, Kelly saw that as a huge step
"I think I've fallen in love with her.... Maya and I figured that you two are close to each other, maybe you can help me out" he said eyes filt with hope. Kelly on the other hand could literally here her heart shatter, the cracking noise of her heart shattering, she could feel the air escape her lungs, she was choking
"Kelly are you okay? Let me get you some water" Xavier said worriedly as he hurried to get water.....
"Here have some water, are you okay?"
"Um.. Yes.. I.. Its probably the wings we had... Err just some indigestion, its been happening lately, am sorry" She said
"It's okay, just have more water" he said stroking her back, that affectionate little touch, Kelly knew she had no chances, it was Maya, simply Maya she felt like a fool for not realising it sooner, tears threatening to fall, she quickly got up
"Um, I should get going..... But Um uh Xavier if you really like her, then go for it, even if things go side ways atleast you let out how you felt, the regret of not having to confess your love" Kelly said with a smile, a heartbroken smile
"Thanks a lot Kelly, I will give you a ride home" he offered
"No its okay, my car is down the road" Kelly said, they both bid each other goodbye.

"Urrghh... Fuck" Ariana screamed, sweeping everything off her desk, flipping chairs and kicking the table.
"Stop it! Get a hold of yourself, honey. Your father will hear the noise," Beatrice tried to calm her raging daughter.
"I can't! I can't get a hold of myself, Mum! I love him. I'm beautiful, smart, I'm everything — but why doesn't he see it? Why doesn't Adrian see me?" Ariana sobbed, collapsing into her mother's lap.
Beatrice stroked her hair. "Honey, stop crying. I just don't get it. If you liked him this much, why did you reject the alliance?" she asked, recalling when her husband and Victor Cole had once planned to engage the two kids. Ariana had stubbornly refused.
"You don't get it, Mum. Adrian never wanted that alliance. If it had happened, he would never have liked me — it would've been forced, and he would have drifted further."
"That's no different from what's happening now," Beatrice pointed out. "If you'd gotten engaged, at least he'd be yours. So what if he didn't like you at first? You'd have gotten married, had kids, and eventually he'd fall for you."
"I thought by refusing it, he'd finally see me differently, Mum," Ariana cried harder.
"I'll get him... no matter what," she muttered darkly.
"Whatever makes you happy, my darling," Beatrice whispered. "I'll help."

"Dad, I swear I didn't cheat or bribe my way in. I wrote that essay myself. Late nights, research, everything — it was my work!" Adrian pleaded.
Victor just stared coldly. "You're useless. You know that, right? Too many flaws, everyone has flaws, but yours are too many."
"Why are you like this? How did you become like this? After Mum's death, you just—"
"Didn't I warn you never to speak of her death" Victor hissed.
"Why? Why can't I even talk about her death, its bad enough you missed her funeral just for work..... Honestly you are the one with many flaws" Adrian was finally standing up to his dad, fear replaced with rage " I wouldn't be so fucked up if you'd been there for me." he half yelled
"Watch your tone, young man."
"Or what? You'll hit me again? Lock me in the basement? You know what — you're not my father. From today, I'll call you Victor Cole." Adrian's voice was thick with hate.
"You stupid son of a bitch" Victor roared, smashing his glass of wine to the floor
"My mum wasn't a bitch. And you didn't deserve her," Adrian muttered, trembling with rage.
Victor's voice rose, sharp as a blade. "You think I'm mean? You killed her, Adrian. When she had you, she was diagnosed with cancer. Your existence took hers."
Adrian froze, his world collapsing. He had always believed she died in a car accident.
"I can't even look at you," Victor spat. "She died, you killed her, worst of all you can't even carry my legacy."
Adrian's head spun. His chest tightened, air slipping away. He stumbled, leaving the room, he grabbed his car keys. He needed to escape. Away from his father's words, he just didn't want to believe that was the truth.
Adrian was just busy driving off, no destination in mind, just then his phone ringed, looking at the caller ID, it was Xavier... Ignoring the call, he hit the accerelator even harder, going as fast as....
*Crash!!!!* his car tumbled over and over, leaving him there half dead inside a car that was upside down.
