"I'm going to ask only once, Ariana why did you frame her" Adrian asked, everything about him that moment was so intimidating, especially his gaze and the aura in gave out.
"Isn't it simple, I hate her because she gets to you.... I mean you are even caring for her now" Ariana said shaking her head, she couldn't believe Adrian was here trying to caution her because of Maya.
"You are going to go right now and fix the mess you made" he stated
"Just because you asked doesn't mean anything... Adrian I won't stop till Maya leaves this school" Ariana said, straighting her shoulders she turned around to leave when he grabbed her arm forcefully.
"Ouch you are hurting me Adrian" she winced
"You don't have the right to bully her because of me, it'll make me hate you even more, Ariana if you don't fix this then I will.... And I swear you will be the person to leave this school" he threatened
"You won't dare, I'm your fiance and if my reputation is stained then so is yours and tell me something..... Adrian your daddy isn't going to be happy about this right?" Ariana asked in a mocking tone, she knew how scared Adrian was of his father and he wouldn't dare break his father's alliance.
"You are a psychotic bitch, you know that right?" he said as he ran his fingers deep in his hair in frustration
"Yes I know darling and this psychotic bitch won't stop till she gets you" Ariana said with a smirk then she blew a kiss at him and walked away making sure her ass was shaking.

Maya stood outside the principal's office, her hands covered with sweat, she was really nervous but she tried hard to not let it show, she had to seat outside the office while the board come to an agreement on what to do with her. Maya had a plan in mind but she wasn't so sure if she might win afterall it's just her against this wealthy and prestigious people. Maya was still lost in thought when she felt someone sit next to her.
"What are you doing here" Maya turned to him
"I have no choice, Xavier begged me to help you since I have a great influence on the school" Adrian lied, he had showed up because he just couldn't keep himself from not showing up.
"Your fiance did this and standing against her means standing against your father's alliance Adrian" Maya stated, her eyes never leaving the floor, she had missed the look on his face, the look that showed the disappointment on his eyes, Adrian wanted to see the ever bold Maya he knew, the girl who had slapped him and grabbed him by his collar in public daring a fight.
"Just shut up, am only helping because of Xavier, so don't talk to much or I'll leave" Adrian said, his voice cold as usual
"You can leave now, I don't need your help" she said this time her eyes meeting his
"This school bows at the feet of wealthy people like me, Ariana, Xavier and the rest few, but they fear the people's opinion even more" he said, Maya was confused by what he said, she only stared at him.
"Looks like you are actually dumb Maya" he teased
"I'm only confused since you decided to speak in parables" she retorted
"Make sure to go in with your phone, record every conversation you have with them in there, if you face any injustice just use it as leverage against the school and they will fall at your feat" he concluded that was when it clicked, Maya understood what she had to do.
"So now you helped me, so tomorrow you can go throw a party and tell everyone you helped me right?" Maya said, anger in her eyes.
"You are an ungrateful bitch..... And no I won't throw a party, I'll go to a news channel and say I helped Maya Summer from being a shame to her poor mother by being expelled for drugs" he said with a smug look, then he casually got up looking at her again then he left. Maya just let out a breath she didn't even know she was holding, she really hoped it would work.

"Do you believe she did it?" Xavier asked, he was having lunch with Kelly
"Honestly Xavier, I don't want to believe but..." she trailed of
"But what Kelly" he asked
"It's just that few times I had been to her house, I kinda suspected that she was doing drugs but I pushed it aside because she is my friend" Kelly said, her voice so innocent.
"That doesn't make any sense" Xavier said, for the first time, he had a stern look
"I don't know Xavier, poor people can do anything to leave, maybe Maya is going through a lot she resorted to drugs, I don't blame her, life's too hard" Kelly said, feigning concern
"I don't know what to believe, why didn't she tell me" he asked, he was actually asking himself
"Forget about it now, hey later we can go see a movie or anything, get the thought out of your mind for a minute" Kelly suggested as she reached out for his hands on top the table, gently wrapping hers around his hands... Then he instantly withdrew his hand, taking her unaware.
"I'm not hungry, I'll see you later" he said and with that he got up and left. Leaving Kelly there, she felt utterly frustrated she wanted to scream.
"Seems like it's gonna take more than drugs to get Maya out of the picture, whatever way I swear I'll get her out of the picture" Kelly said to her self.

Maya was called into the office, she was asked to drop her phone but she hid it saying she didn't have it in her.
"Let's get straight to the point, Miss Summer drugs is a big deal which it's punishment is expulsion" the disciplinarian said
"But I didn't do drugs" Maya said boldly although she was a bit confused at how they were busy coming to a conclusion without an investigation..... It all screamed of injustice.
