"Noah," he said, approaching with obvious reluctance. "I owe you an apology. The fertility testing disclosure... that was handled poorly. I should have been more explicit about what was included in the comprehensive panel."
Noah waved off the apology with a sharp gesture. "It's standard protocol. I know that. He knows that now." His voice carried an edge of frustration that had nothing to do with his friend and everything to do with the omega who'd just systematically dismantled every assumption he'd made about their dynamic.
