Theo spoke and I heard the loud noise of something crashing. The world around me was swaying, but I could not tell if it was because of Theo or because of the heavy pheromones surrounding me.

I took in a deep breath to calm myself before I let out my pheromones. They collided with Theo's before they passed the alpha pheromones and reached Theo himself.
The effect was immediate and Theo's body sagged in relief.
"Theo, listen to me. I am not abandoning you… nor am I getting rid of you or going away. I am only talking about what-if scenarios. Don't react so strongly. I am still here for you."
