Day 1: "You will jog for an hour and 30 minutes..." Vladimir started to sit in a lawn chair as he said this: "And you will jog until I'm tired." Kairo started to jog, and 20 minutes in, he looked at Nova, who was dying. "You... still alive?" Kairo said with a somewhat concerned face, "Kairo, I will kill you."
Day 12: They were in a room, meditating, trying to draw the valence out of their body... in a cross-legged position. "Feel the valence being pulled—" Maris cut him off, annoyed at his attempt to use a soothing voice. "I feel like the valence would come out without you speaking."
Day 13 (Rest): They were running, not jogging, running hill sprints. Dak looked over to Maris. "Because you couldn't handle his soothing voice." Maris looked sad; this was because of her and her alone. "Im sorry; it was soothing." They got to the top. "Now go down." The class groaned, except Maris and Jalen looked at Maris with a bit of pity.
Day 25: They were in the gym, but instead of lifting, they were all on yoga mats. "Yoga?" Lambert looked at Vladimir for some sort of clarification. "No, hip mobility... You don't want to be that guy who can't outrun the collapse of a burning building." They hurt, but after 20 minutes in, they felt loose, more powerful.
Day 26: They were in the film room. "So yeah, this is bad, like straight up, how do you guys get reversed jumped? There's 3 of you and one of him! Shoot him!" The video played: "He's not Iron Mike, shoot him! Like, this one is just bad; you jump on his back, Nova. You have guns! They hurt! Shoot him!"
Day 29: "We are finally done..." Maris said with immeasurable excitement; she said to Jalen, and Kairo gave her a look. "I mean, like he would have given us a warning if we were done... I think." And Vladimir walked in. "Who said we done? I said a month, not 28 days or 4 weeks; I said a month so we have 3 more days."
