Chapter 3 - Chapter 3:

(Aeonic Dusk—the Canon Timeline)

Heat is standing breathing heavily, caught up in the infinite cloth of blackness, he hears the voice of Marshal from the voids:

"It's about time to declare!"

Heat gasps and gets pulled inside a portal, that's when two glowing eyes full of blessings open behind him.

He instantly feels the pressure, the aura of nothing and everything at once. Marshal says:

"I, The Supreme Entity of Nothingness, win!"

When Heat hears it, he smirks and says:

"I am... not done yet!"

Heat closes his eyes, takes a deep breath, and says out loud:

"Oru Gensen!" (Pron. O-ru Gen-Sen)

The void turns into bright water, as if the sun is shining on it. Marshal gets visible, as he stands tall in his alien form.

Heat extends his arms, signaling the water to trap his opponent. Marshal is standing still, his head slightly tilted, because of his gaze the water gets erased midway.

Heat opens his eyes just to see nobody in front of him. Marshal from behind snaps, opening the Como Tensen, the void shifts again. He speaks:

"When someone who can copy space is standing in front of you, Oru Gensen is in the starter packs."

He kicks Heat on his head, digging him deep in the ground and says:

"This is... my domain, Heat!"

Heat barely stands up:

"The... C-Como Tensen?!"

Marshal speaks:

"Hmph! You're really pushing me to reveal my true side."

Heat with his eyes widened, starts thinking:

"So, was he holding back till now?!"

Marshal replies with:

"Yes, I was just to stay within the narrative but now I see myself going beyond... in the metaphysical realms."

Marshal could hear Heat's thought, so he answers it, by extending his arms doing the T-Pose.

While floating Marshal says:

"I knew each and everything as soon as my body was swapped in the Gates of Tusatra but I acted like I knew nothing just... for the narrative revelations."

Heat wipes the blood from his mouth:

"So it's us, a being in the narrative, versus you, a being out of it right now?"

"Looks like it's not a fair fight anymore... BRING IT ON THEN!"

Marshal with authority:

"You asked and I'll deliver it."

They both collide like a strong nuclear force—one covered in darkness, the other in fire.

Marshal bursts with all the Empo tearing the Como Tensen and breaking the whole timeline like a glass:

"Aeonic Dusk, I'll restore you later."

Now they both stand on nothing—the whole timeline has been erased.

Marshal makes the move to punch Heat on the face. Heat tries to punch Marshal in his chest but instead it goes through, while Marshal's punch lands.

Marshal grabs the collar of Heat, pulls him upwards, lands another punch on his chin—then follows upwards.

He kicks Heat in the core, then teleports to nowhere just to grab his head.

Marshal absorbs all the Diu from the body of Heat just to replace it with Empo. It's when he shows the infinite replays of him winning.

What Heat is subconsciously watching right now:

(000000001570—Some other timeline, written by the author, carried by the supreme entity of nothingness)

In the void filled with cosmic treasures, some stairs lead towards a throne.

A throne reserved for none other than Marshal Bell but he isn't sitting on it.

(000000001980-Another timeline, written by the author, carried by the supreme entity of nothingness)

A different realm, filled with same cosmic treasures and stairs that lead towards the same throne.

Marshal is sitting on it, in his alien form, with a crown shining up on his head.

One of his feet has a helmet (sallet) under it, one hand holding a glass half filled with some kind of drink.

(000000001599-the third timeline carried with same rules)

Heat with a smile says:

"If you were to stay within the narrative... Then how would the outcome look alike?!"

Heat blinks his eyes, suddenly Marshal is standing near him. Marshal forces pure dominance on Heat, as he says:

"Even with that you don't... stand any chance."

Heat gasps as Marshal places his finger on his forehead, with the sudden burst of energy—Heat starts to fall in the void.

As Marshal approaches him this time Heat is able to keep up a little pace in this epic clash of theirs.

Marshal allows—that's why Heat can actually touch, block and attack him.

As they endlessly throw punches to each other, the space-time around them wraps like a cloth.

With their moves, they start to consume their own verse in no time.

Suddenly, Marshal sits down with one hand behind just to land a perfect capoeira kick on Heat.

Heat is caught again, pulled inside a portal before it closes, Marshal points his fingers there and says:

"BANG!"

The portal is sealed forever and ever.

(Back to the canon timeline—Aeonic Dusk)

Marshal leaves the head of Heat and says:

"Restoration Technique: Sage Style"

Everything gets restored instantly.

The body of Heat heals—yet he cannot forget what he saw. He lost but it turns into acceptance, as he says:

"You win in every single timeline, Then who are we to even challenge you for a throne."

Marshal replies:

"The throne, You say?"

Heat nods.

Marshal sighs, as he sits in front of him:

"What are you gonna do now?!"

Heat calmly:

"We still haven't lost our identity yet just tried to aim for something higher and failed."

Marshal replies:

"Sometimes aiming within your limits is more than enough, compared to going far beyond them"

Heat says:

"You don't know what it truly means to lead a whole galaxy on your own."

Marshal looks at Earth:

"I'm the Supreme Entity not a captain of the verse."

Heat shakes his head with a little smile on his face:

"From what we have seen, You are not just the supreme entity, You are something far beyond it."

Marshal stays silent.

Heat continues:

"From the scriptures available on our planet the Gates of Tusatra aren't something to be taken lightly. Now that we have seen their true power, You are..."

Marshal looks at him. He takes a deep breath and says:

"The embodiment of Empo, the keeper of Diu, the one who carries the will of our Master"

Marshal asks:

"Who is your... Master?"

Heat nods:

"The Eternal Sage—who once lived on our planet among our people but later on he ascended towards the very realms specially made by his presence for him"

Marshal asks:

"Wait, I don't have any knowledge to what you're saying."

Heat replies:

"The scriptures he left are special to our planet only. It's a language in its own not even the supremes know about it. Some—only those he chooses by himself—know about it."

Marshal says:

"Throughout our battle, I noticed I couldn't erase you, so..."

Heat continues:

"Yes, We understand it."

Marshal in curiosity:

"What do you know about him so far?"

Heat speaks:

"A man who walks such a path, it blurs the line between reality and imagination."

Marshal says:

"C'mon, spill the beans now"

Heat with a smile:

"There's a natural limit to what can be revealed exceeding it means defying the rules of this world."

As Marshal stands up, he cracks his arms:

"So that's the only line you're meant to reveal and I'm meant to hear, huh?"

Heat replies:

"Yes, a clear boundary."

Marshal lifts his hand:

"I'll leave now."

Heat quickly says:

"What about... the throne?"

Marshal replies:

"Nah, I can't sit on it right now. I got some other things to do too."

Heat asks:

"What things?"

Marshal says:

"Umm, I have to buy eggs after school. Then I'll sit back and relax."

Heat says:

"Hmm, still such mundane things over a throne?"

Marshal nods:

"They make me who I am... In the end, I'm only human."

Heat stands up before he speaks, Marshal admires him:

"Anyway... It was a blessing for me to fight someone who's blessed by the scripture of our master"

The eyes of Heat shine with a glow:

"Hmm! We are grateful for it"

Marshal places his hand on the shoulder of Heat:

"Know that you're the best kind of leader I've ever seen. Keep leading your galaxy, your people truly need you."

Heat nods with a smile on his face.

Marshal asks:

"I'm leaving now..."

As Marshal disappears.

Heat stands there in awe, thinking:

"We are Heat! The successor of frost supremes, the embodiment of royalty, our body is made up of fire but water leads it. We took an oath to lead and will lead until death doesn't take us away"

(The screen fades out)

Marshal is sitting in his classroom, his eyes dead and face cold as he listens to what Morinaga is saying.

Selina is sitting on a chair beside him. She glances at him, thinking:

"Today, He came to school normally. Did he even fight against Heat? If yes—then who won? What actually happened?"

A little smirk appears on the face of Marshal, as his inner voice says:

"Everywhere yet nowhere, There but here all at the same time. It fits the type of powers I have, paradoxical, isn't?!"

(Ending)

No one knows whether the fight between the supreme entity of nothingness and the embodiment of royalty itself happened.

No one got to feel even a bit of what was going on. No one saw the Aeonic Dusk breaking and healing like nothing.

It all happened... but in his imagination.

Whose imagination?

The imagination of the Writer?

or

The imagination of the Protagonist?

In truth, the clash happened in the imagination of both—but there is someone who WATCHED.
