Chapter 37 - The Divine Princess, Space

Valeur assumed the young lady would be killed from decapitation, but his blade went through her throat like a ghost. There was no blood, no pain, no damage done to the young lady. He attempted to slice her head off again with another quick slash of the blade, but he received the same outcome again just at greater cost.

She lifted upwards from her crouch to slice off Valeur's right arm, sustaining the first damage against the demon in history.

Phuture and Death watched in awe side by side, the only other two of their group of nine to be standing.

"Baby girl..." Phuture struggled to comprehend what was before her eyes, the sight of Valeur's blood brought an exciting electric feeling down her spine. "Finish the job! You can do it!"

Valeur's arm grew back with regeneration and he jumped away from the girl, seperating while handling thoughts in his head about the young lady. She was much more difficult to kill than heed nuisance mother, leaving him in a state of urgency to rid of her just like before with Phuture.

"I knew I should've pressed harder to kill the baby before it was born." Valeur spoke out, the young girl on his mind heavier than he comfortable. "You turned out to be an even bigger problem than your smart ass mother!"

Valeur reached back for his sword again, but recieved the same outcome as before from a swift moving baby version of prime Phuture.

She nearly sliced off his upper body with the attack, but he wisely decided to teleport away this time to dodge. He already learned his lesson from attacking her previously, she was too intangible to stab and he suffered damage to his spirit due to her technique.

That was the first time someone successfully damaged his spirit, and he seeked to make her pay for it.

Valeur sprinted in a circular motion at full speed, planning for her to lose sight of him from the accelerated movements. The young woman was too quick on her battle speed for him to unleash his ultimate attack, but it was a precautionary tactic their family practiced to prevent him from winning.

Peace and Life made it overly clear to their youngest sibling, the battle would be good as finished if Valeur unleashed his ultimate technique. It was emphasized that the power would wipe away anyone in the perimeter, meaning her mother and siblings would all be killed if he unleashed the attack.

But she doubted if his attack could break through her intangible technique, confident that it would just go through her like a ghost. The young woman was overly confident that she wasn't powerful enough to defeat Valeur yet, but he wasn't capable of countering her technique yet.

While Valeur was using his precious time to run in circles, she took advantage of those seconds by sending her injured siblings and ally to her healing domain.

Inside her healing domain each of them would be fully restored to the peak of their spiritual energy inside of orbs, giving her siblings and Time the opportunity of patching their damaged spirits after sustaining damage from Valeur.

"Our battle will have no other way to end...but as a draw." The young man said, she inhaled slowly and unleashed a massive attack while exhaling. Sending an oversized arrow made of flames towards the demon, preparing to launch another arrow in case he avoided the attack. "Neither of us can kill each other, making this an even battle between the two of us. I'm afraid that you've finally reached your match, Valeur."

Valeur activated a portal that vacuumed her arrow of flames, then opened a new portal behind him once he realized the young woman rear ended him.

Still, the young lady chose to lung forward and launch the arrow of flames to engulf the portal with fire. She used her dimensional technique afterwards to bring the flames back from his portals, forcing him to close both portals before the heat of massive flames burned him.

"My name is Space, daughter of The Divine Lord and Divine Goddess!" The young lady shouted to introduce herself after Valeur seperated again. "You can call me, The Divine Princess!"

The name Space replayed in his head repeatedly, mostly because he couldn't believe the nuisance she was. He needed to think of plan to defeat her, back in the same position from months ago when he decided to transmigrate Dark and Phuture.

He didn't predict that their child was be such a problemetic being just like them, which led him to thinking of solutions to rid of her soul. He could send her soul to another demonic realm like her father, that would certainly buy him some years for accomplishing his goals.

Phuture and Death were the only two left to watch one versus one brawl.

Valeur's aura exceeded to grow increasingly passed what was assumed to be his limits, the bright white and yellow aura shining like high voltage lightbulbs.

Space paid his power no mind and remained confident in her abilities, displaying a hunger for victory despite being weaker than her opponent. Her concentration remained on preventing him from drawing his sword, which would activate his ultimate technique and blow everything to shreds.

In her mind, she was contemplating her decisions on what her next move should be.

Phuture wanted to assist her daughter, especially after watching all of her children being beaten down one by one by Valeur. She watched Valeur's concentration of energy and the anticipation from Space patiently waiting for the next move.

There has to be something I can do...I can't just continue standing here feeling worthless! He wasn't able to touch her...but what if he finds a way to counter her technique? I'll wait for the perfect opportunity...then I'll strike The Divine demon down!

"Just relax mom, he can't defeat me...because I possess your intangible ability times twenty. There's literally nothing he can do at this state, and sending me to another world won't workout for you demon!" Space yelled out, almost like she was taunting Valeur by letting him know she had no worries. "I'll end this with my ultimate technique."

Valeur reached his arm back and anticipated an attack from the young lady just as the two times beforehand, but she didn't appear at his side this time with something else in store.

Space created an energy blade in both hands and combined them, forming the blades into one turquoise painted sword made of steel. She pointed that sharp blade of steel towards Valeur, her aura matching the turquoise color of the sword.

She spoke gently to the blade, "Space Tenshimo...expunge the demon's soul!"
